One of my favorite parts of watching these videos is watching how articulately he transitions from the wrong way of doing something to the correct way- for me seeing that pathway really helps me think about the muscles I should be engaging. Not to mention just how amazing it is to see that specificity of movement and control. There just aren’t enough words of gratitude for your channel. The pacing is perfect, we’re not overloaded with a bunch of complicated exercises, blue shorts guy does an amazing job of showing progression and wrong to right ways of performing an exercise. @@PhilBot4OOO I learned a few proper forms to simple exercises from this channel because of the way he demonstrates the movement of every muscle and where and how they should be in a proper form.
I don't know the exact amount of days, but I've been doing this for about three months (I started in february). I'm very phisically active so, it's hard to atribute changes to the practice of this rutine, so I'm only going to mention this one thing: I have pronated feet and I have had bad knees ever since I was a teenager (I would get pain in my knees from running). At 30 I had to stop running through stairways because knee pain got too intense and I have never been able to squat with added wheight - even at some point I had to abstain from deep squats. I've never though this was a hip mobility thing - I thought and doctors agreed it was because of my ankles and they would prescribe me special insoles. The first thing I've notices while practicing this workout was soreness in my hip abductors, some in my lower back and my rotator cuff too - it came back as I scaled up the moves and increased the amount of sets and time. I'm currently 32. For the last month I have been able to perform pistol squats (with asistance) - my form is not pretty and I'm working on improving my balance, but depth is reasonably good (it's a workout). I have never been able to do this before, and at this point in my life I never thought my knees would allow such a thing. I want to express my gratitude.
Very interesting, thank you for sharing - I've suffered bad knees since my youth, which in turn affects my legs and sometimes limits me in workouts. If it's worked so well for you I'll give it a try. 🙂
Omg that story is sooooooo inspiring for everyone!!! In the end you didn't give up, and now you can do pistol Squats!!! I don't have knee problems but I can't do pistol Squats like you !!! Thanks for sharing us your story it's an inspiration to me to keep going!!! ☺️💪🏋️♀️

Every morning, I wake up, go to the kitchen and put my breakfast (boiled eggs and potatoes+carrots and barley bread and tea), set a timer and until it’s finished boiling I go up to my room, do rope jumps, pushups, setups, squats. By the time I’m finished, breakfast is ready.
I got Injured few days ago and I couldn't do it for a while now. But even when I was doing this workout I didn't feel any change in me which is weird but I guess I really had to keep doing it until 90 days for major change. As soon as I recover I'll be jumping back to it cause I miss doing this right after I wake up and a glass of water.
Excellent! I’ve been doing your ”do these three things every morning” stuff for months and it’s really made a difference. Now I can make it even better. Also, I love you guys’ understated humor.
I can vouch for this brief and effective workout. 👍 Especially as you age and become stiff and sore for no reason, these exercises serve as preventative medicine.
Ich habe es gerade gemacht. Super. Danke Calisthenics movement.
I am going to add this to my morning as I am not as flexible as I want. I am a truck driver and getting fir is my goal for this year. my plan is to do your system for 100 reps of squats and leg lifts three days a week and push ups and bent over rows with a kettlebell the other two. resting on the weekends. Thank you for all the information you share.
Right! Also in our kung fu style we keep the feet parallel with each other. I think it is more a matter of style, however it requires more flexibility in the biceps femoris due to the internal rotation of the knees.
I am glad to find this video. I need to do my mobility routines in morning before I go for my daily running. It helps me to use my squat and cross seated position, also my hips feel better and my body feels warmed up.
I suggest adding YTW raises and wall slides if you have a real problem with that hyperkyphosis. Primes you really well and it will be easier to keep proper posture
