I'm no project manager, but these videos of yours are great and come recommended by our Capstone Project instructor. Well done! I'm even watching the ones he didn't recommend now.
I love this approach and this quote: For lots of small projects, run every day, by “accidental project managers” - people who don’t have project management qualifications (and don’t aspire to them) - This is a perfectly sound way of planning and monitoring your projects.
Indeed. I teach Lean Practitioners and Green Belts and this has been my go to approach for them. Yours was the only video I found that really nailed it and it’s now required viewing for all my students. Many thanks.
This video right here helped me get past a choke point in my plan. It was exactly what I needed. I cannot thank you enough Sir. I wish you all the best. Regards, Daniel
After I start my YT channel, I will make a video to thank every person that helped me in my journey, and I will mention you and your YT channel there, and also create links, you've helped me enormously. Thank you again

Thank you, Ghada. I try to make the content as general as I can, for a wide audience. But I do look at each video on its own merits. So, some have examples and others don't.
Thank you. I assume you are referring to Level 0 (the project completion milestone) and levels 1, 2, 3... I am unaware of universal definitions, but I'd use these to refer to successively less significant milestones. And I would expect them to match up to the task or product completions in the levels of your Work Breakdown Structure What is a Work Breakdown Structure? It's a graphical representation of the project duration as a line from start to finish, with milestones marked at points along the line, according to their timing.

**Milestone planning**
- Should be **goal directed**
- Steps
1. Create Milestones
2. Create the links
3. Assign dates to milestones
4. Attach tasks
...and don't forget to allocate tasks to team members!
