    Recipe:
    soak 2 cups raw organic cashews in water overnight
    place in food processor
    Mix together:
    1 tsp acidophilus (veg source) to 2 Tbsp water and add to food processor
    Blend until really smooth.
    Soak cheesecloth and place into a strainer.
    Put mixture from food processor into cloth, cover completely and twist until tight.
    Place a heavy object (heavy bowl) on top to help remove moisture.
    Place in a warm place for 12-16 hours.
    Remove from cloth, and place in a bowl.
    Mix with 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast, white pepper to taste, 2 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg.
    Cover and put in fridge for minimum 2 hours, up to one day.
    Roll into a log.
    Chop fresh chives for topping.
    Roll the log in the chives, AND black sesame seeds.
    Slice into 1/4 inch rounds and place on bread or crackers.
