I honestly thought he was bringing something revolutionary to this space. Wouldve been awesome if they had the shock absorber tech that transfers suspension flex into electrical energy to power the batteries while driving. Without the need to fill a smaller engine with gas. Its seems he just built a better BMW REX vehicle.

He described a regular hybrid vehicle! Nothing special. Add bigger fuel tank and get more mileage, there's your 1000 miles!
