Sir, yes sir! 🫡
Maybe because they use child labor? Just a guess
Have a great day buddy!
If you tried them again and ordered extra wing sauce on them, would that make a difference ?
Unfortunatelly this is how all fast food chains are starting to treat the customers. It's like they purposely want to charge you more and give you less.
Why wouldn't they?
@@maertsaidaem2106exactly! it's what this entire world is built on right now. to squeeze the life out of everything good, turn every joy into a commodity, and suck every last drop out of humanity, all just to make an imaginary number go up. It's only gonna get worse until we change the system away from capitalism.
@@maertsaidaem2106Yeah, this is Grade A capitalism
@spookyspacekuck7885 so is don't give them anymore money.
Why are you people even paying for fast food?. Its not even cheap anymore. It used to be cheap and convenient, now its expensive and convenient. So you are paying much more to eat a small amount of food that is very bad for you just because its convenient. I only get fast food a few times a year when traveling.
About a decade ago, I was a private driver. And I used to get my lunch at a specific KFC in LA.
I remember I got excellent food there. The chicken was well cooked, sauces coated well, the mac and cheese wasn't overdone... So I went in one day, and talked to the manager. She said, "the reason why this place runs so well is that we all care about our jobs."
A few months later, that manager was gone, all the staff turned over, and the food became pretty much inedible. Last time I went there, the place was closed due to a lack of staff.
And that's the reason why nowadays it's a needle in a haystack to find a decent place to go out to eat. It's all about it they give a damn or not.
That manager must've been the best boss they had. Being a good GM can make or break quality because it means you inspire people to want to do better. Otherwise people will just come in and do the bare minimum
Two bad chicken dishes within two weeks? The industry really is in shambles.

KFC cook here: I could not agree more. It's ridiculous how much corporate wants us to upcharge people. So bad
Kentucky and Korea would like to know your location..
On top of that (also a KFC cook) whoever prepared those nuggets didn’t give it the proper amount of sauce at all and it seems like the nuggets themselves weren’t even made in the original recipe flour

Its use to be easier to excuse crappy fast food because it was cheap and fast. Now the quality is even worse, you wait twice as long, somehow its still cold when you get it and you pay almost double for every item.

KFC lost its way along time ago when they stopped using real buttermilk in their buttermilk biscuits using an imitation substitute.
Among other cuts in food quality.
I always get a good laugh at their condiments: buttery spread, because it has no butter, and honey sauce, because it has no honey. KFC has become the king of cost cutting.
No one, restaurants or home cooks, has used real buttermilk in years. The crap sold at the grocery store is not real buttermilk. Unless you make your own butter, it doesn't exist

The sauce is bad itself but any breaded chicken in a plastic container is going to be twice as awful. The breading will just get all soggy.
They ought to be called Soggy Nuggets, at that rate.

@XY-fx9yl Let me guess, Chik Fil'a Cult member?
Nah, it was awesome in the 90's and before. In fact, it was still real good until about the mid 2000's- then like most things, it went downhill since.

The entire point of nuggets, for me, is that you can dip them easily without getting sauce on your hands or needing utensils. So dumping the sauce on top does a great job of countering that. They made a convenient finger food less convenient.
Instead of Korean bbq they should just call it Uncle Bobs half a$$ed bbq at the family picnic nuggets and leave the Koreans out of it.KFC here in Canada charges me 20 bucks for a meal of instant diarrhea so I’ll pass on these😂

I just had those for lunch yesterday and it was super good and they were very coated, I think you ran into a employee problem there.. My KFC had them all coated heavily.. The sauce on mine were very flavorful as well.
Yeah, mine was drenched in sauce. That kfc did reviewbrah so wrong 😢
Part of the whole point of fast food is that it’s supposed to be consistent everywhere you go. If you can’t be guaranteed the same experience at every location of a fast food chain, that company is doing something wrong.
Yeah we are gonna need to see a review about the sticky chicky.
$6 for 10 nuggets??! What the hell is wrong with these places? 60 cents per nugget? You gotta be freaking kidding me.

$34.99 plus tax for an 8 piece family meal at my local KFC. That's eight pieces of chicken, two large sides, and I think four biscuits for $34.99 plus tax. Get bent KFC.
GEORGIA GOLD IS BACK! Oh heeelll yeah! And thankfully my local KFC is not so stingy nice and sauced up in that golden goodness, and I came prepared tom and did get extra on the side.
Something about your videos is very comforting, I think it’s because you seem so genuine, calm and I love suits
Wow! That was 46.92 seconds of ReviewBrah shoving the bowl of nuggets into the camera.
I just ordered their 'Korean' 8-piece & an 8-piece of the 'Chicky- favored stuff' with the honey sauce & am relieved to report that your order must've been an anomaly....in that both orders were thoroughly glazed in sauce. Both, very tasty. Thanks Reviewbrah.
Try shaking them in the container with the lid closed. To help spread the sauce. 🤷🏾♂️
There’s no sauce to spread
KFC used to be amazing in the 60’s and 70’s. Their pies were fantastic. The changes came as different corporations bought them, the first change was the gravy, which Col. Sanders famously called wallpaper paste. The worst came when they stopped using tallow and moved to the low cholesterol seed oils - which we now know is far worse than the real deal. I’d happily pay an extra 30% if the quality came anywhere near what it used to be.
I only saw these yesterday and quite simply stated "Huh, that's a nice joke "
And I'm still laughing at the poor decisions made by the company.
Just had KFC the other night. The chicken pieces covered my hands in oil......ugh.
Was it Havoline or Pennzoil? Perhaps synthetic?
I know a lot of people think that’s bad but that’s how I know it’s good, same for popcorn, but I’m gross I guess
It’s my fault they always double fry my nuggets now after I asked for double fried fries im sorry
did you get food on your hands :( thats so sad
How is that bad?
The sense of there being a "Greater Good" is lost
Because of nuggets? Lol
Never change when it comes to your sarcastic intros Brah. They never fail to make me laugh and brighten my day
Review brah the only dude who can stretch out a mid fast food item in a 15 min video 🤣 I been away for too long love you bro
I think we're supposed to shake the bowl of nuggets, like a salad, to fully coat the nuggets with the sauce
With all the condensation on the lid of the container, that'd just water down the sauce and make the breading even more soggy
@@colleenmarin8907 I couldn't agree more.
I've had saucier nugs making them in an air fryer and putting Trader Joe's sweet chili sauce on them -- which both tastes better and costs less.
One just opened up near me about a year ago and it's set to close down. I ordered a mash potato bowl when it opened, it had 4 nuggets, about 3 pieces of corn and one strand of cheese for $9. Never again....
I am hopeful the nashville hot oil comes back to the tenders, because that was really good.
Those were my favorite. Sad to see they were gone
It is so nice when food comes in a “containment device” and not just a cardboard box or wrapper. If only the food inside had as much attention paid to it as the packaging.
"This is typical of KFC". Yep. This also includes Popeyes and Pizza Hut. Those workers just don't care. They see the wings are at most half covered and they still send them out.
Pizza hut is the worst
I love that fast food companies spend months developing and marketing new menu items only to get completely mogged by a UA-camr who looks like Ichabod Crane in undertaker suits
Man thats a shame. I actually just had a set of these in the sticky chicky flavor. Had a much different experience with sauce. Each one was covered in sauce well. Not swimming in it but each one was covered and there was enough in the bin to have more on it as well. It was pretty good imo.
The biggest issues with many of these places is inconsistency. For every place that does their products well theres at least 2 or more that mess them up.
I would like you to request all the sauces be blended together then poured over your order
Great idea
You will always taste the breading strongly. The White Pepper has always been the main ingredient of the 11 herbs and spices.
That’s just racist. Pepper was originally black and will always be black !

We planned on recording our review for these later today & we’ve been looking forward to it. 🙁
Unfortunate. 😒
Really hoping we get a “good batch”🤞🏼😩
They dropped the ball once again. I was going to try these, not now.
You can make KFC gravy at home :)
There is a recipe online, but the gist of the ingredients are 2 beef bullion cubes, 1 chicken cube, a roux made with flour and butter, pepper and onion powder. It's even more flavorful than the gravy from KFC. Tastes the same but has more flavor.
I think the sauce is supposed to be covered in nuggets
I had these with the georga gold sauce today it was honestly some of the best kfc I'd had in years. It seems to me that kfc quality varys greatly depending on location. If you have a good kfc, kfc is actually amazing
Better off buying a frozen bag of nuggets, or whatever plain chicken shape you like. I make some in the air fryer and then toss them in sauce. Quality is just not there for the price. I've saved money just making stuff at home.
💯
No shite
Just this week I bought 2 chic fila a sandwiches missing the top buns, 2 Wendy's jr bacon cheeseburgers missing the bacon and taco bell tacos missing lettuce and cheese
KFC’s biggest problem is their identity crisis. They refuse to be a chicken joint. Imagine if instead of conjuring up bizarre items like saucy nuggets, they’d improve the quality of their sides. A baked Mac & cheese, real mashed potatoes, or even a baked sweet potato could go a long way.
My cheap meal at McDonald’s (in Canada) that I’ve always got is 3 double cheese and a large fry. Before covid it was around $10 and as of yesterday? $21.50. Price keeps rising and quality gets worse. Cheaper to make burgers at home now.
let me tell you about my day.
I just went to Freshco near by after a long day of work, not having lunch and starving. I was looking forward to destroy a ready to eat Tandori Chicken, and they were the size of my fist....my god damn fist! The ad right above them had the chicken leaving no space in the container, and the actual product could fit atleast 2 whole chickens inside.
Now I see 'saucy' chicken nuggets with a few drizzles of sauce... My day cant get any worse.
I got some saucy nuggets with the honey sriracha sauce and checked to see if you did a review on them so I could eat them while watching your video and I was shocked at how little sauce there was. Mine were swimming in it. I had to get another plate just so I’m not fishing for nuggets.
To be fair, you could shake it up some more to distribute the sauce. Pretty sure that's the intended design of the container.
Then it should be advertised that they want you to toss the nuggets in the sauce yourself. I don't buy fast food to have to put the finishing touches on my food outside of condiments.
How is shaking it going to make that 1 teaspoon worth of sauce get on all nuggets?
I recently got wings with buffalo sauce drizzled on them from Papa Johns in a similar plastic container. I think the intention is for the customer to "toss" the wings in said container with the lid closed. If that was the intention, it wasn't explicitly communicated to the customer, as in your case. Quality decline.
I really think you should shake them up to be fair prior to enjoying, i feel like they saved you from drenching your nuggs in their sauce and getting saucy but soggy nuggs
It requires a manager or assistant manager who may not care and is not training or overseeing the hired help to be sure they are preparing the food properly. The food doesn't prepare itself.
Prices going up, quality going down. It shows how little the general population is thought of.
And yet, Panda Express still refuses to pour teriyaki sauce over the rice like they used to. The world is changing, man. The world is changing.
I saw the condensation on the lid and I knew it would be soggy trash immediately.
I got all 3 new flavors yesterday and they were completely covered. Your local KFC must suck.
The correct answer is you give a cup of sauce and a bunch of unsalted nuggets, and you instruct the customer to pour the sauce on the nugz right before consuming and then shake vigorously. This would ensure a very well sauced nug while maintaining its crispiness.
$5.99 and I dont get a drink or side? That's Bidenomics at work 🍦😎👍
💯
Biden isn't the CEO of KFC nitwit.
I worked at KFC in 2003 when they had something called "Wing Works". It was incredible. Bone-in and boneless wings (nuggets) with 7 sauces to choose from including Teriyaki, Cajun and Honey BBQ. They also had seasoned waffle fries served with nacho cheese sauce and Apple Pie Minis that were deep fried dough spheres with a cinnamon and sugar sprinkled topping. You could get a "Smatter Platter" with 8 wings, waffle fries and 2 apple pie minis. It was incredible and it was my favorite station to work, mainly because I could eat all I wanted. Anyone remember KFC Wing Works?
Pouring sauce "ON the nugget" ... revolutionary !!! 🙂
You really gotta lower you expectations for these places haha. The workers and companies barely even care! Please go to the restaurant to pick your food up and they’ll fix your order if you complain about it or take what you get if you get the food delivered. Do you want to see how bad they can mess these items up?
I disagree completely. Either we should expect that the food we get from restaurants is worth the money, or we shouldn’t give them money at all. In an economic situation like the one we have, we have to hold to standards and absolutely demand value for money. Otherwise, it’s better to cook and eat at home. If the workers don’t care, either the company should train them, replace them with people who do care, or replace them with automated systems. If the food isn’t of expected quality, the restaurant should pull the item and replace it with something closer to expectations.
“Lower your standards” is not an acceptable response.
Lowering our expectations for their sake or our sake? I mean, criticism is criticism at the end of it. Regardless, one can have low expectations for a place and still provide constructive criticism. 👍

This is 100% the solution to the question: "How do we give the customers less sauce..?"
Do Georgia gold next. Maybe ask for extra sauce on side.
We tried the The Sticky Chicky Sweet 'n Sour verson the other night, and it was pretty good. There was a good balance between the sweet and sour flavors.
the state of food in general and the pricing is getting way out of hand. there should be a line drawn between pricing / cost to produce. in many cases fast food is now the same price as eating at a full restaurant with wait staff. the quality is so far from what they show you on pictures it should be criminal. these companies deceive us all for the sake of profits.
even sauce distribution will be achieved once skynet AI has assumed control......
Remember when they had those bone in bbq wings? The big crunch? Back when KFC was competing for the spot at your table, now they act like you are lucky to have their mid food.
Try the Georgia Gold flavor- it's been gone since like 2015. I fondly remember it back then but haven't got a chance to order now.
To be honest the employees incompetence a big part of the problem.
Banquet meals at Walmart are $1.68. For the same price, you can get 3 Banquet chicken nugget meals that have way more food and sauce. The should be ashamed to charge that much for a few nuggets
I'm not sure I could ever bring myself to utter the words "sticky chicky saucy nuggets" in public
Now I need to go to Wingstop, and try that Korean BBQ sandwich!
Their nuggets are the best since they came out. I was a little worried I would get no sauce like you. But to my surprise, the Nashville hot were coated perfectly with the rub and oil base. I also tried the sticky chicky, was overly sauced, but still good. The problem with QSR's you never know if their going to execute the way they intended them to be. I give the Nashville hot a 10 and the sticky chicky a 7.7 because they were too saucy but still good quality and flavor. Better luck next time
What got me was the chezza , greasy chicken strips greasy cheese greasy pepperoni, the whole thing was just a pile. 😩
I'm still wondering why they got rid of the popcorn chicken, those were good.
The 11 herbs and spices, that is actually just salt, pepper and delicious MSG. There isn't and herb anywhere near a Colonels.
THe ones I got were coated properly, but like with most fast food these days, it's always hit or miss, there doesn't seem to be much consistency.
I dont know if you tried their Beyond chicken nuggets a few years ago, but they were the best nuggets i ever had. 😋
I just got an ad for the saucy nuggets during the video and they were COMPLETELY covered in sauce so you did not get what was advertised that’s for sure
I can see the idea and it’s not a bad idea but the execution fell short, I also think they should add a biscuit or something with them to balance it out like their other meals and what you see in comparable Chinese chicken. As always a great honest review!
They just squirt some sauce in the bowl, not even tossing them. Tyson makes boneless wings that come with sauce packets for kitchens. It's so easy, just deep fry then toss large metal bowl with sauce to cover. its take less than 30 seconds to coat them. This looks like a store trying to skimp on the sauce to save money.
yeah but tyson chicken always tastes off. Not a fan.
Most chains managers put 1.5 oz scopes in sauces first thing line cooks do replace it with 3 oz scopes. A lot of cooks at places put double the portioned sauces to not have the bulk of customers complaining about lack of sacuse.
That awkward moment when i get a saucy nuggets ad before the video
Imagine the head of culinary innovation for kfc making 250k to come up with this.
Lower the quality, increase the prices, maximize profit. The American way, greed greed and more greed. We used to be the beacon on the hill, now that hill is covered with a billboard.😢
Last year was the last time I went to KFC, it will likely be the last time. Got the standard 8 piece bucket. Soggy chicken, cold biscuits. The mashed potatoes were the only thing that was good, but it’s pretty hard to mess that up.
The "where's the beef" of 2024: where's the sauce? It's hard not to judge a book by its cover when the book is in tatters, there's no writing on the outside, & it's covered in sh!t lol... I've noticed this same total lack of care in preparation in the fast food I've been ordering lately as well. Pizzas with toppings applied extremely unevenly & sparingly is a great example.
It looks like the container needs to be shook to actually 'sauce' the nuggets, like you'd do with wings. Since the sauce and nuggets seemed to have just been thrown in there, at least it looked like there was just sauce at the bottom of the container and whatnot that they were resting on.
What sort of stunod, along with the boss of said stunod, at KFC headquarters thought up this brilliant idea of the saucy nuggets? They must have been so excited bringing this idea to the war room, thinking “By golly, I’ve done it! Why make our customers dip their nuggies when we can just toss some sauce on them before they get them?” You’ve truly outdone yourselves now, KFC.
