    I didn't find this brand of appliance on Amazon. Most of the pressure cookers I saw doesn't have the bone option. In that case, what other selection can we make that would be equivalent. These were the closest options I saw on the pressure cooker....
    Soup/Broth
    Meat/Stew
    Slow Cook
    Saute....
    everything else was steam, rice, multigrain, porridge, yogurt etc.......
    Love your vid.....

      I think I'd try meat/stew for this one! Hopefully it helps! :) Also I think most pressure cooker can set cook time as well. So if you're worried, you can always add a few more minutes to the cooking time to make sure it's well cooked through! Hope it helps and let me know how it turns out! :)

    • @happyclare1018
      @happyclare1018  7 років тому +4

      Mike Ishii hmmmm I don't own a slow cooker so I can't really answer that. But if I was doing this on the stove, I'd say about 3 - 5 hours depending on how much meat. And I'd put the daikon later but not the ginger. The ginger needs to be cooked so the essence will go into the soup. :)

    As for the impurities, I can just easily scoop that out with with either a regular flat wooden spoon or a flour sift.
