I was born and raised in Panama and let me tell you you can find just about anything in Panama for a very reasonable price. Medical and dental are very cheap compared to the USA. I remembered I was taken to the hospital in Miami, Florida for a finger cut, they took a couple stitches wrapped it up and the medical bill was $3,000.00 I am not kidding, I felt robbed. That would had cost me in Panama probrably $30.00. Neven been in Chiriqui but I am planning on a trip to Boquete and David in the near future. Welcome to Panama to live the Panamanian dream, because the American dream does not exist anymore.

I would love to see a video about cost of building a home in Panama
he just told you - they spent $100 grand to construct 2 new houses on the property. so around $50 grand to build a house.
I've seen a few videos on this subject, heard $100k to $200k for a decent size plus the land

I just did mine and had to pay them an extra 200+ bucks just to get it within 6-8 weeks.
