Thanks for saying, Steve, and thanks for the idea! On this one, I wis just going for sedimentary. However, you're right, a desert paint job on this would look brilliant. Ooh! Or make the torn bits round, and create a lava canyon set-up, with pillars. Back to the drawing board!
Oh hey Cross... this turned out as a great set! I really like the trays in the back, I did actually consider this with the set I made but ultimately went on to other ideas... yet to be realised 😂. Thanks so much for another shout out, I really appreciate it. I actually ended up cutting off my locking tabs but this was a storage consideration. Keep em coming matey 👍
Hi, Sean. Thanks! I just saw all the blank space, on the back, and the wall already resembled a GM screen, so I just rolled with it. I can certainly see that, about storage; these are pretty chunky pieces. I am planning on trying the multilevel thing, like you did on the lava tiles, but I'll not be doing that one on video. I do have a few more EVA builds coming out, though :)
Thanks! That means a lot. I encourage others to try things, and love to know I'm reaching people. EVA is great stuff, though quite different from other foams. I often mix-n-match, but there are many ways to use any material. I enjoy seeing the diversity of projects, all starting from the same point, but ending up so unique
What a great idea, good job, that's how I had to do it, it looks better, congratulations. I had thought of using it on a bridge, in the end I might use cardboard, it's cheaper XD.
Thanks! Cardboard is good, too. This hobby has many ways to accomplish any project, and they all turn out great, in the end. I'd love to see your finished build
Thanks! I'm so glad you're liking my stuff. I always feel like I'm "competing" with other builders, so it means a lot to hear stuff like this. Very cool
@@CampaignTerrain I understand that.. I think there's nothing wrong about a little friendly competition, it makes us get better and better. Although, I mostly feel like the other builders are inspirational and take their videos as a chance to pick their brains and do my version of dem builds 😁 But yeah man! You're a Worldsmith! 🤘Keep up the great work!!
@@TheMiniMason Thanks, Slavko! That's really nice. Agreed; the only way to up one's game is to play against comparable or better players. We don't get better when we get too comfortable
Heh! I've been taking a small hiatus, but will soon be back at it. During that time, I've been evaluating some things. One of those things? I will be wearing less bracelets, in future vids... but they may still be visible, sitting on my workbench :D Thanks for watching!
Great video cross, great idea for adding desert wadi style terrain to a board by doing it horizontally over vertical! 😇

As always I watch in hope I may steal a few ideas and learn. 😇
Cool cool. That's the plan. Inspiration! No one should have to play on flat table, unless they want to
@@CampaignTerrain or snow white? So many ways you can do this! 🤔
@@stillunsure7630 Interesting. I almost never do winter, in my crafting. May have to give that a go
Another cool video Cross, keep em comin :)
Glad you like, Michael! That is the plan. 😊

You're really cranking them out man :) this EVA foam series is great!
Thanks! I keep worrying I'm boring people, with all the EVA stuff. It's just so versatile, I can't help but like it. I've got a few more, up my sleeve
@@CampaignTerrain not boring me for sure ;) solid work sir.
Impressive cave entrance, well done!
Thanks, Phil! So glad you like it
👋 Hey Cross!
Great video! I still have yet to try out this style of foam. So, I love seeing what you are able to do with it. You are very inspiring!
