Yeah, I don't know if I want to do this on mine. I'm sure the motor control board could be removed and relocated, but with the additional effort involved with making the motor fit and then building a power supply for it I think I'll get frustrated. I could still try it on the XK-007 first, but I do have those other good motors too.
I think for me making it sound good is more important than getting factory W&F numbers from it. I think I'll be quite happy if I can get mine below 0.04%. I have direct drive decks that can't do that.
@@Oklawolf for me sound also nr1 priority, but you know either 10hz difference or w&f until 0.1wrms doesn’t do much difference. I think that i would not do modification, i will stick to that very good matsushita motor ☺️ Cheers mate!
