      Odd comment. In the US, 2/3 live in a detached house, and if you live outside of e.g. NY or something, the chance is way higher that it's a free standing house if you're a bit richer.
      In Europe, if you want to live in a city, it's basically always an apartment if you want to live anywhere near the center. Russia city stats is around 84% live in apartments, Moscow is most likely at like 90%.
