@@WMCSi think with a second jack it is possible. I have done this with heavy gearboxes.. By the way, are you sure this is a 3 liter engine? I think it is a 2,3 liter.
I say same then do first ducato gearbox on driveway. After i do more then 50😅. Fue tips from my side. Then removing m40 gearbox from 2.3 ducato you dont need to remove right driveshaft because there enough space between gearbox and subframe. Then removing from 3jtd must remove right driveshaft. And i always suport engine with two jacks one like you do, under the oil pan other under air condition compresor. Lifting this jack i rotate engine clock wise ant make more room between gearbox and subframe. Then instaling gearbox first i put bell housing on clutch and leave diff in lowest position and then rotate gearbox anticlockwise. Sorry for my bad english.

Man I changed the clutch, throwaway bearing and the DMF for the exact engine 3,0L of a Citroen Jumper 3 days ago and I'm still shaking. Was extremely heavy and I didn't have a quality car jack like yours so could not lift the van high enough, which made everything even harder. I cannot describe how though of a job it was. Only thanks to your videos I could do it myself, but fuck me if I ever attempt such a thing again. Thank you very very very much for these videos. You're a hero.
You deserve a medal for fitting the Ducato clutch, especially in the pouring rain, about the only good thing was it was summer, though it didn't look like it. 🙂
Hello Kevin respect 2 you, let god keep your muscle power. I also work at a Fiat garage and occasionally we do clutch replacment on a Fiat Ducato 2.3 / 3.0 JTD, the gearbox are heavy and always require 2 people to disassemble/assemble. 👏👏👏

Great video! When working on the Ducato, what was the black stuff you applied on the new slave cylinder? What about the red stuff on the transmission main shaft?
Hi, ditto on the double jack stands. Chocking the wheels is something I'm not in the habit of doing, but I'll work on it. I got a question, on the first job, the flywheel looked scored or warped. Was it changed, or the customer did not want it to be replaced? What about the pilot bearing?
Hey Kevin, at @49:05 would you please tell me why you put a sikaflex/sealant behind the central slave cylinder (release/throwaway bearing)?? I realize it's a hydraulic one. I watched almost all of your videos and noticed that you sometimes put just grease or simply nothing. You also sometimes prime it. Can you help me figure this out? The reason I'm asking is because I've also replaced the clutch, throwaway bearing and the DMF for the exact engine 3,0L of a Citroen Jumper 11 months and 10k km before, and now I ended up with a complete clutch failure. The clutch is not disengaging. Idk what went wrong with my install, so maybe the sealant was missing?
