I'm in Greece and I know the case inside out. From what I've gathered, Prior wants to ensure the jury won't be 100% LDS, something which would be virtually impossible in Rexburg given the demographics.
Here in México we are watching and following this incredible case too...
And Prior reminds me of Chezwick in "one flew over the cookoo's nest"

Does he truly believe that no one in Boise has heard and been watching this case. Him and his counsel or either stupid or dumb. This case is all over you tube and millions of people have been keeping theirs ears and eyes open for these 2 monsters to be tried. He wants a fair trail then he needs to plead guilty to all counts.

Hope judge says "you get nuttin and like it." Those two bizarre crazies will drag this out forever. They deserve a trial in same place crimes took place. Above anything else the victims deserve fairness.

Be careful what you assume its really not over til the jury rules. Crazier things could happen like a hung jury or not guilty who knows?

Hate the appeals processes for victim's family with the death penalty, but if ever two people deserving it, it's these two.

In my opinion . I hope they do it the city where they found the kids dead and Tommy dead. My opinion , don't involve another cities I think it's fair to do it there so the city will be in peace Justice deserve for JJ ,Tylee and Tommy, and I hope JJ Dad get Justice to🙏🏻 Lori and Chad they need to pay for their crimes and I hope they can get the maximum penalty

The prosecution should NOT be allowed to base their opposition of Chad getting his trial moved elsewhere... on THEIR under the table presumption of him being guilty. The prosecutor even went as far as following up by saying "and because of that..." which in other words, Chad supposedly killing his step children is it... ALONE is a means of determining the jury pool... Or also interpreted as people who allegedly appear guilty prior to actual evidence proceedings beyond that of whatever hearings already took place... don't need to be reassured a fair trial. This is tolerance for outright bias. I don't know what kind of county this is, but when your dealing with two parents who are accused of killing two of THEIR children (step or biological) in the household and not to mention buried on the property,, then the potential for backlash from crazies and super intense news coverage exposure and so forth... is somewhere between an 8 and 10 as a guess, with nothing at all being a surprise if it is indeed a 10. It's just a matter of such as the supply of crazies in the local area, who would probably be demanding intense news coverage Also, a budget on jurors is secondly and no less a budget on justice itself as the defendant is the base of the trial.

Chad should just plead guilty. When this goes to trial the jury is going to hate John Pryor as well as Chad. Chad just sits there looking like a statue.
We do not know they’re guilty. Like every case, they are innocent until proven guilty. (I know all evidence points to them)
