You said it doc, anti- and pro oxidation is the mechanism necessary for a full cycle! You have to exhale , in order to inhale. You have to fast , in order to eat again! Ad- infinitum antioxidant ingestion , robs one of oxidation, a necessary part of human health!

Do a video on how to break fast and how to take supplements
Breaking fast are not my area of expertise. As far as taking supplements make sure your supplements are whole food and not synthetic and take them with food.

You keep stating antioxidants but you are not telling us if these are supplements or simply the antioxidants we get from food. If it is possible to get too many from food, that's when I get very angry at the contradiction of health info out there. Everyone says we are supposed to be eating an anti-inflmmatory diet... however, these diets are full of antioxidants. I eat.tons of superfoods a day. So tell me, what am I supposed to eat? Pizza is bad but now apparently kale and blueberries are too. I.dont get it.

@@drekberg but you mentioned absorbic acid. How is that beneficial if it’s not the complex form you find in nature??? Why should we take absorbic acid instead of a cup of fruit or better yet some sauerkraut which is loaded with vitamin C
