So bizarre how they seemingly judge her for not going out with more boys... Almost the opposite of what people today would've expect people in the 50s to think.
It was because they didn’t want a good girl to get super serious with one boy. Similar to earlier generations and dance cards. Several partners kept bad things from happening.
