Hey Guys
I have found that batch cooking not only save me time but it also saves me so much money.
Gone are the days when I come home too tired to cook for my family and then find myself resorting to Uber Eats. (Who else can relate?)
Nowadays on days like that, I know my freezer is filled with ready to heat quick meals. Thanks to meal preps and batch cooking.

Yes it consists of breakfast lunch and supper, however when i go for my weekly shopping, i sometimes have some leftover groceries from the previous week and i only replenish whats necessary

The cost of food has increased so much and i belive R2500 is actually very good for a family of 3+
