- Tim Campbell gives us a review of a 2002 model Iveco Stralis truck, seeing how it performs and handles on the road, as well as seeing how practical it is. The Stralis has a powerful engine, which produces 540bhp, and it comes with a whole how of creatures comforts inside the cabin.
Still looks like a modern design
many of them here in italy are over 1 milion kilometers, despite some electrical fault due to poor quality of cable, Stralis to me, was a true workhorse and back in 2004 the first in class about cab comfort and internal volume. I'm sure if they could easily swapped into euro 6, old euro 3 like this, they still plenty of them on the road.

I learned to drive C+E in one of these. Very average. Reverse gear is a load of bollocks
Iveco make the worst vans. So these trucks are probably terrible.
Doing trips down to spain etc. the uk doesn't export a single thing so it's not going to be doing that.
chris77777777ify nope great pulling an performing just interior quality is not great
chris77777777ify no there's a lot from UK maybe to Germany and then the may run to Spain or wherever
If you don't know what are you talking about, Better shut up. I drove one of these back in the days and it was as good and bad as the rest.
@@Theseagullfan the same goes for you. These trucks can't be compared to a Mercedes, Volvo or MAN. Maybe they were better than the Premium, but only because they were more powerful.
@@FFmybest I'm a pro driver, I drove over Volvo, MAN, scania, Mercedes, Renault, Daf and Iveco, so be sure i know what I'm talking.
