I don't want to spend more than I need. I'm very undecided and I can't decide whether I should buy a Rodecaster Duo style product or whether the ID14 will do the job as well. Is there latency if you use the SteelSeries as the main headset? I currently use the SteelSeries nova Pro with a GoXLR so I'm able to hear my pc and the game with no noticeable latency wirelessly and I'm looking into switching to RCD.
I bought it this week and I'm having a problem that I can't solve, I'm leaving it here in case someone can help me. When it comes to monitoring myself, I hear double all the time. I get the feeling that it is if the audio is saturated, but I go from not hearing myself at all to directly hearing myself double and canned. I can't find the middle ground no matter how much I mute channels during routing.
@@michaelj.4187 I know, doesn't work. I returned it anyway it was way too much hassle for what I wanted to do with it and the interface needs alot of work.
My one problem is latency!!!! I can’t wear headphone when i want to sing with the music im playing from my laptop/tablet because of latency PROBLEM! 😢😢😢
@@Tech_HD1 I was wondering how you had your steelseries connected to your rode caster duo.. I seen the wire coming out of the front of the duo but where did you plug it into the dock for your steelseries

I like your voice through the Duo. How do you record directly to ssd instead of the built in micro sd?
Just through USB C on the USB 1 Port. Then it’ll prompt you to format the SSD and that’s it. Very simple and straightforward 👍🏼

Just got the Duo myself! Did you hear any latency when monitoring your voice?
Milliseconds of a difference when it comes to latency. You can hear it but it’s not so far behind that it’s bothering you

There is no noticeable latency. I have Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless and a RodeCaster Pro II.
Same here. I have the Nova Pro Wireless and I don’t notice any latency 👍🏼

Have you tried configuring your options on mixer minus either disabling it or..?
for some reason it seems like I can't put discord on usb chat 1. I can put it on Usb 1 or 2 but that's about it. I don't know what i'm doing wrong!
