For the lady who is asking for changing the job but because of micro manage can't decide. Let me give you example I work in Amazon and last year promoted to LVL 3 (Assistant Manager). The first 4 months after my promotion were really stressful and hectic my manager used to micro manage as much as possible but after 6/7 months once I gained experience, know how to get job done no one ever micro managed me. Big companies example Amazon, Google etc they pay really well but they have to make sure their rankings are always on top so they have to micro manage. In my role personally we call these things setting the highest standards.

Heaven is getting closer to Allah, since Allah is infinite in all attributes like love, compassion, mercy etc so getting closer to him by developing these attributes in this world is gonna be heaven for you both in this world and the hereafter. And moving away from these attributes is moving away from Allah, and that is hell. Since this is a limited world so when we develope for e.g good attributes in this world you feel good in this world too, but that feeling will massively increase in the after life because you won't be limited by matter. If you move away from these attributes you develope hell both in this world and the hereafter. Anxiety depression etc all these things are inner hell and will be massively increased in the after life.

I think the incentives given in the early stages of islam were a form of symbolism whereby those who could not understand the core principles and morals associated with islam were given an incentive to follow rules that make one a ethical human . I think that the rewards associated with good deeds and the remembrance of allah are given to us in this world in the form of good karma .. and evil deeds in the form of bad karma. Though I realize that we can never truly know what will happen in the hereafter , I believe that we and our energy will mix within the energy of Allah and that we will become a part of him . First of all, The statement that we will never know about what will happen in hereafter, is Simply Untrue. Please consider reading Books. Read the Quran , Read the tafsir and Read the Hadith. You will get there. Second, Allah states in Quran, “Do they (believers) think that will not be tested?" This ayah point towards the fact that good doers can also face seemingly tough situation. In another place Allah states; "We have given them freedom till The Day of Judgment and they are free to do what they do, But a Big Punishment has been prepared for them". This ayah points to fact that bad people may get away with their crimes in this world.But Allah also assures the believers to stay firm because no one will escape from his Justice. The concept of Karma is purely foreign concept (Buddhism and Hinduism) and has nothing to with the Real world's law(which is made by Allah). Third, Quran and Hadiths clearly state that the souls of the Jannatis, will be individual entities. Being merged into God is also a foreign concept from Christianity. Also, Allah isn't bound to matter or energy, they are merely His creations. Nothing is even close to His Exalted Status. Yes, the Jannatis will get to see Allah but they will also be Blessed with His Will and Allowance for the Jannatis to have anything they want. Fourth The idea of Incentive or material reward is to help mankind understand and resonate with the beauty of Paradise. Less knowledgeable people will always go for a thing they easily understand and concepts like large quantities of Food,Habitable land, Wives, Children are hardwired into human brains and therefore they can be easily grasped and act as motivation. More Knowledgeable people like Scientists and Scholars will have their own wants and desires which Allah will fulfill as He has promised. I think the incentives given in the early stages of islam were a form of symbolism whereby those who could not understand the core principles and morals associated with islam were given an incentive to follow rules that make one a ethical human . I think that the rewards associated with good deeds and the remembrance of allah are given to us in this world in the form of good karma .. and evil deeds in the form of bad karma. Though I realize that we can never truly know what will happen in the hereafter , I believe that we and our energy will mix within the energy of Allah and that we will become a part of him . Just how a raindrop eventually returns to the ocean , we will return to Allah.
First of all, The statement that we will never know about what will happen in hereafter, is Simply Untrue. Please consider reading Books. Read the Quran , Read the tafsir and Read the Hadith. You will get there.
Second, Allah states in Quran, “Do they (believers) think that will not be tested?"
This ayah point towards the fact that good doers can also face seemingly tough situation.
In another place Allah states;
"We have given them freedom till The Day of Judgment and they are free to do what they do, But a Big Punishment has been prepared for them".
This ayah points to fact that bad people may get away with their crimes in this world.But Allah also assures the believers to stay firm because no one will escape from his Justice.
The concept of Karma is purely foreign concept (Buddhism and Hinduism) and has nothing to with the Real world's law(which is made by Allah).
Third, Quran and Hadiths clearly state that the souls of the Jannatis, will be individual entities. Being merged into God is also a foreign concept from Christianity. Also, Allah isn't bound to matter or energy, they are merely His creations. Nothing is even close to His Exalted Status. Yes, the Jannatis will get to see Allah but they will also be Blessed with His Will and Allowance for the Jannatis to have anything they want.
Fourth The idea of Incentive or material reward is to help mankind understand and resonate with the beauty of Paradise. Less knowledgeable people will always go for a thing they easily understand and concepts like large quantities of Food,Habitable land, Wives, Children are hardwired into human brains and therefore they can be easily grasped and act as motivation. More Knowledgeable people like Scientists and Scholars will have their own wants and desires which Allah will fulfill as He has promised.

However, I feel that in some subjects you lack or misunderstand some concepts and experience and your scope is not able to comprehend and explain it so you should either speak limited about that and move on or excuse from the subject.
