- Wondering what to buy for your next Trader Joe's haul? In this video I am showing my Trader joe's must haves items and my usual Trader Joe's Grocery Haul, including breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas for the whole family. This is like a Trader Joe's Haul that I buy whenever I want to stock my pantry, refrigerator and freezer...I have 2 or 3 extras from each item I mentioned in this video. These are the food items that I tried many time before recommending them. I also have included few items I tried from Trader Joes and will not repurchase again. I hope you enjoy this Trader Joe's Haul!
Trader Joe's is one of my favorite grocery store, I am literally obsessed with Trader Joe's, I can find special and unique food items that I don't find in any other grocery store.
I have lots of staples food items and must have from Trader Joe's that I reviewed in this video, healthy pantry items, and frozen food that I am regularly buying over and over again. I am also constantly making new recipes using Trader Joe's food items and incorporating them with my new Breville Smart oven Air Fryer such as my recent discovery the Fully Cooked Falafel, which i like to air fry it in my Breville air fryer for about 20 minutes to add some crispiness and freshness to the Falafel. Also the Almond Croissants which I proof and Bake in my Breville Smart oven Air fryer and it comes out so perfect as if you made it from scratch. My entire house smells like a bakery shop, with the smell of almond extract. Trader Joe's Frozen Mashed Potatoes is the real deal, it is so good and very easy to make. Whenever I grilled Chicken or steak, this mashed potatoes saved the day as a side dish. Another item that my entire family love is hold the cone ice cream, next time you are at Trader Joes you have to get it, trust me you will not regret it.
All of the items that I included in my video are Trader Joe's staples and must haves in my house. If I am out of one of the food items i mentioned I would write my list and take another trip to trader joes to get some back up. During the pandemic, we stopped eating outside and I am cooking all of our meals from home, so honestly Trader Joes have saved me with breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas.

I air fry the apple blossom about 10 mins you have to watch it it comes nice and crispy, also try the chicken less seasoning sounds weird but it’s amazing! You would like it! It’s like chicken bullion flavor really good!
