Endurance racing is king right now. F1 has become boring in so many ways and quickly loses my interest over the race distance (been watching since 2008, I am not a DTS fan). I can sit down for 6, 12 or 24 hours and be enthralled the entire race. This is real racing nothing is done to create drama or storylines. It can feel at times that F1 is putting on a show rather than having a competition. I love the point you guys made about the bop and how wec scrutineers take into account the length of the race and each cars strong suit. A two hour WEC race would not convey the strength and weaknesses of each manufacture.

see I'm goanna disagree with that last comment Long beach IMSA was awesome. and that's only less than 2 hours , I would like see maybe a 3hour race at Hockenheim or some classic track. maybe do half points and give points out all way down till 12 position or something. i wouldn't want them to go lower than 2 hours tho.
