In Europe most people are owner builders and do the bricklaying by themselves on the evenings with a few mates and it's of perfectly acceptable quality.

I have been laying bricks for 40 years and that is fucking disgusting I can’t see a time served tradesman doing that the builder should be named for allowing it ,

Sadly builds in W.A. are never built to spec. Why???? Because the industry has been allowed to suffer through government lack of responsibility,and not just in the building industry,but all facets of Australian manufacturing. It is only going to get worse.
Personally I would be buying established over a new build..if any were available.
Again wholly government caused.

Please keep doing what you are doing for people that are moving into their new homes. You are probably going to get a lot of builders not liking you for what you are doing, but believe me you are doing an amazing job, and all of us people have to live in these homes for the rest of our lives in most cases. Thank you very very much
