The fact that Eisen is using his personal opinions of the person under discussion to defend his position is a strong indication that he CANNOT or WILLNOT be objective and impartial about the analysis of the case itself. That makes him inherently unqualified to address the legalities and lawful executions of this case.
This is exactly the reason Trump was prosecuted in the first place. Hatred and fear that he will win.

I'm a Silicon Valley entrepreneur. I employ 150 people. And friends tell me I'd make a good Republican. About 20 years ago I understood Republicans as people who believed strongly in personal responsibility. Former President Trump withheld classified documents that were retrieved by the FBI. He argued for immunity in the courts and lost. He instructed his co-defendants to cover up storing and moving the documents. Where is his responsibility to the Constitution and our nation in any of this? Rep Hageman would be correct that indicting and trying Trump sets a bad legal precedent. And she doesn't acknowledge that the indictment, trials, and convictions come as a result of Trump's illegal actions. -Frank
