Indeed. She isn’t be investigated. She won’t have to disclose an arrest forever. Her picture hasn’t been under a national headline. And I can’t help but feel that those online sleuths making a stink aren’t one of reasons that the case didn’t just go away quietly like the family would have expected.
It's clearly been hard for Allie. I'm sure it has been similarly hard for Karen, and I'm sure she'll experience similar harassment if she's acquitted, because there will be diehard people on the side of her guilt as well. Everyone suffers when crime is committed.

Good catch. It's proof that Colin, who the defense has inferred hid in the basement to ambush John, wasn't even on the same street at the same time John was there on the street. The defense is using the throw spaghetti at the wall defense and are hoping something sticks. It became obvious to me they had nothing when they tried to make fetch happen with the "get off my lawn" jokes.

Replay crew tonight. We have Life360. We live a block from a major interstate. My stepdaughter lives across town but she is on our life360. Every time she passes on the interstate it says "Elizabeth arrived home" and a second later "Elizabeth left home" as she keeps going. Doesn't mean she's at our home, just means she's in the general vicinity. So yes, driving in the general area will set off the notifications.
You can also decide the diameter of the circle, so for my daughter, at our home, our circle is as small as it can be so it's as accurate as possible. Edit: and that covers only my driveway and immediate backyard

As an online juror, I still have zero idea why Karen Read is sitting at the defense table. Oh, or even what the CW is trying to prove why shes even there. I'm neutral coming in and staying blind to msm. I also feel bad for the stenographer. Without knowing the back story of this DA's office, the detectives and cops involved it's really hard to understand. Look into the Sandra Birchmore case if you want to understand what they are really like. They turned a woman found dead after threatening to go public about all the cops who molested her since she was 13. Into no criminal charges. The very same detective who couldn't find anything on Jen McCabe's phone. Also couldn't find 30,000 text messages to a Sandra Birchmore. 30,000 texts from cops going back to when she was 13. They kept everything under wraps until they ran out the statute of limitations on the sex crimes. Investigated her death with all the same "care" to cover it up. You don't understand why they brought charges against Karen Read because you falsely believe just because Adam Lally is a prosecutor. So it must mean he's just a super duper great person. But careers don't work like that.
As if a stenographer hasn't got enough to do, without all the added extras she does too. This court room set up is pretty shody with no thought or care given to help aid her, eg a clear questions (looking at you Lally) and clear yes and no answers from the witnesses. I'm also following the Daybell trial, and the courtroom system and Judge are so very different.

@@gagecarlsen3872 Yes, considering there was a court order to preserve the phones on the 23rd September 2022 and at least one person got rid on the 22nd September (the day they theoretically got reminded of the court proceedings - confirmed by the Commonwealth), after discussing with others whether they should get rid of their phones. Once people knew the phones were going to be evidence everyone suddenly had 'broken phones that needed replacing'.

Somewhat related, I recall that there is research to support the proposition that there are only four city layouts. One in two hundred or so cities doesn't follow any known pattern because of some topographical anomaly, but the rest are (theoretically) variations on the same four themes. If that's the case, and Canton follows one of the four basic layouts, then there must be some other parameter that makes it especially convenient. 😄
The times on that text message screenshot were definitely altered to line up with exactly when Colin Alberts parents said he arrived home. How convenient. We know from video that Chris didn't leave the Waterfall until 12:14am. If Ally had picked Colin up when the texts say she did, Colin would've beat his dad home that night. This. This is what the prosection's case has convinced me of so far more than anything else. The alberts and mccabes are hiding something and none of the evidence the local cops or lead investigator collected can be trusted.
I think Jen McCabe got the screenshots of Julie Nagel's conversation with her brother and changed it making it look like Colin and Ali had the conversation.
The more I look at the screenshot, I believe we’ve looked at the wrong discrepancies. I think it starts at the very beginning where Collin says Mikey is making me shotgun Sorry. That’s at 12:17. Makes sense that’s the night she was picking him up to take him to the Albert’s and he was telling her why he hasn’t come out yet. Then the manipulation of text for the screenshot happens by putting the date of Jan 28th at 11:54- U can come get me now. But I believe the 12:17 text was already Jan 29th right after midnight from Jan 28th. I do believe there is something off with this text thread but I believe the time with no date change after midnight and the comma thing has so many people showing theirs does do either or of those things or even both. I think the real part of the text is ar the beginning at 12:17 when he says Mikey’s making him shotgun. Then he’s apologizing why he hasn’t made it out to the car yet. That timeline adds up more with being at Albert’s same time as John is there and also makes more sense to Ali’s 360 travels. Haven’t throughly thought this through but thought I’d throw this possibility out there for others to start thinking in this direction and see what you think.
I feel for Allison McCabe but I don’t see why the harassment of her (which is awful) is relevant to who killed John O’Keefe and why. Overall it doesn’t feel like this case is about KR or JOK at all, it’s been all Albert/McCabe for days. Has the prosecutor forgotten he primarily has to prove his case, not disprove the defence?

I am soo disgusted with the prosecution!! Hopefully, whoever is responsible for the murder is brought to justice. With no witnesses, rehearsed responses, not foreseeing any testimony which will help find the killer(s).
Prosecuting Karen has bought them the time they needed to destroy evidence and muddy all the facts. That's why they don't care whether or she's convicted, and they're not worried about investigations into their own dirty deeds because the whole system is corrupt. All this will be swept under the rug.
So Nicole A said she almost bumped into Colin as she was walking in because he was walking out, which means that the Ford Edge they arrived in would have definitely been in the driveway when Ali got there to pick Colin up. She couldn't have gotten there before the adults because that wouldn't have lined up with the adults story. The only 2 people I believe so far are Ricky and Heather. Plus the layout for those txt messages looks weird. At that scale, in a regular phone screen, she would be using a very small font. Look at the spacing between the bubbles and the sentences. Doesn’t look proportional to the iphone.

They specifically asked her if she saw him leave the house, walk out the door, and she said she was already in the kitchen so sale didn’t. She assumed she left, but she didn’t see him leave with her own eyes.
It’s so trippy that when most answers are ‘I don’t recall’ or ‘I’m not sure,’ yet the ONE thing everybody has stated consistently is that Colin left at 12 : 10am. I can confidently say those screenshots are doctored. My iPhone (which is fully default) displays dates as Month DD, YYYY at HH:MM AM. Those texts not only have an extra comma after in place of "at" but also THE COMMAS ARE DIFFERENT FONTS!!
Mine have no commas at all or capital for am/pm. But I do live in Australia but I doubt that changes with country if it’s the same brand of phone, maybe what year the phone is?

I dont think he's interested on convicting Karen at all. I think the d.a made him prosecute this case just to protect the Albert/McCabe family, bc Lally seems to be really dispassionate and monotonous throughout this process, like his hearts not in it, and his only goal so far seems to be to protect that/those families. I'm not a conspiracy theorist and don't jump to corruption typically, but just looking at how this has been presented actually has me suspicious

And if everyone is lying to cover up for Collin, it makes more sense that they all would say he wasn’t there when they got home, instead of saying he was just leaving. As I recall, most everyone at the bar seemed to think they left around midnight instead of 13 minutes after. Even witnesses like the Kolikaukauses said as much, and they also had nothing to hide. I’ve seen enough surveillance video to be unsurprised if the times aren’t accurate because so few of them are, unless they’re synced up through a cellular or internet signal. And it makes sense the surveillance video can be off if it’s something that needs to be manually set. It almost never gets looked at. Nobody is sitting there and watching it to sync up the clock.

Amazing that Katie Albert’s text message directly backs up Chris and Julie Albert’s incorrect initial timeline that has now been pushed back by the Waterfall video showing that Chris didn’t even leave until 12-14. But now it seems that if things happened as testified then Chris would have had to have arrived after or at best at the same time as Collin…because Colin was on his way directly home at 12:10
The weird part is that we are working out a timeline from narratives and not evidence. No murder trial does that. Its not an accident that we don't have any video camera data, cell phone records, geo location data...
A lot of this witnesses have gone though at least 2 grand jury trials, they may have picked it up from one of the attorneys, like if they were asked a question they didnt understand the attorney may have gone "Let me rephrase this." or something, OR they were coached by one of their many Law Enforcement family members, or even the DA themselves. But you are right, most of them asked at least once.

Nicole’s Cadillac and Albert Junior’s car were parked the whole time on the left side. There is only room for two more cars, and Brian Higgins pulled into the driveway before the Alberts. Matter of fact, Brian and Nicole made a big deal about how Brian Higgins had to pull his jeep out so they could pull into the driveway and park in front of the garage door on the right side.
It's so funny that Emily is talking about how George is only paying attention to her because her teen is at school, and the minute her teen comes home, the cat is gone. Going back to what you said about the text screenshot "And nothing after that until the 20th". This goes to what the defense was saying about deleting messages. She said this was one of her best friends and they were very close, texted multiple times that night, but then over three weeks go by and no text at all between them! Nothing for 22 days? That seems unlikely and more proof that they deleted text messages before the screenshot.

Also at 1:56:02, we see the date with a comma after the day as it should but again after the year which is wrong and I hope the defense sees it and gets meta data or something done to dissect these texts.
Texts that are grouped closely together in time won't usually be broken with a date stamp. It's only after there's a gap in the conversation of maybe 20-30 mins or more between a reply that the new date stamp will be shown. I'm posting on 6/14/24. i just looked at some of my old text messages and saw that texts a year + prior do not contain the day of the week at the beginning of the timestamp. The year doesn't show up until the calendar month you're currently in of the previous year. My phone shows "Jun 30, 2023 at 1:15 PM" then the next timestamp in the same string says "Sat, Jul 1 at 6:16 AM". This also means that if it was not doctored, the earliest Allie's screenshot could have been taken was January of 2023. It seems like her screenshot was probably taken from an iPad or computer using iCloud synched data, given the wide layout and toolbar at the top of the message. Colin's "screenshot" is obviously manufactured due to the formatting discrepancies (i.e. font issues and extra comma).
It seems like there are so many foundational issues it shouldn’t have been introduced. If the state thought this was so important they should have gotten at least a partial extraction of her phone or at least had the screenshot collected by an officer. Surely this isn’t the best source of information

I had to replay because I was listening at work and thought I missed something in Colin and Alli's testimony. Where was Higgins?? I thought he "plowed the drive", according to senior, then backed up and allowed the Albert's to park. 🤔🤨 So if the Albert's passed Colin, wouldn't he have passed Higgins also? It doesn’t add up because there were already two cars in the driveway that never left Nicole’s Cadillac and Albert’s car. They were both parked on the left side of the house all night. There were only two available places in the driveway and they were on the right side so if Allie had pulled in she would’ve been blocked in by Higgins. But that’s not even possible because Brian Albert said he pulled the collar up to the garage door on the right side. That’s where Brian Higgins been parked. Also, Brian Albert Junior is her cousin. Why would she not come in to wish her cousin a happy birthday ON his actual birthday? She would go out of her way to rescue as stray dog and drive him back to his owners house, on a snowy night, but she couldn’t go into the house to wish her cousin Brian Albert Jr a happy birthday?

@@avarice33333 They all knew he died by the next day. Any time after that her text messages from the night would have been of interest to the family or to police. The screenshot was supposedly taken about three weeks later. Also, when you get a new iPhone, your message history can transfer over. I have text messages conversations I can read from two upgrades ago.
I've confirmed that if you change the time on your phone, in doing so it changes the time shown in past text messages. I couldn't get the date to change in the text thread by changing the phones date.

Two families got dragged into this mess and I feel bad for those who are stuck in it because of family. She looks confused because she’s caught. The feds turned over all of this info. She almost got me. Then she said “Colin wasn’t there when John was there”. KR has dealt with harassment and fighting for her life and never even had a chance to grieve. Likely because the people harassing her and Colin are saying John was there and that Colin was there when John was there and that Colin killed him. It sounded more that she was responding to the hate online and in person than making a statement. If someone you loved was constantly being accused of murdering someone, you might break down too. It came across as a person who had been holding on to this and finally letting it out and given the chance to speak. In saying that I do think things are sus with the Albert's and the judge was wrong to let her speak on this point of bullying.

So far nothing has convinced me that Karen killed John beyond a reasonable doubt.
Getting caught up 12 Days in we should have something better then this I see this as the Zachary Anderson case all over again but maybe with a better state lawyer but still with no evidence

It's clearly been hard for Allie. I'm sure it has been similarly hard for Karen, and I'm sure she'll experience similar harassment if she's acquitted, because there will be diehard people on the side of her guilt as well. Everyone suffers when crime is committed.

Replay crew tonight. We have Life360. We live a block from a major interstate. My stepdaughter lives across town but she is on our life360. Every time she passes on the interstate it says "Elizabeth arrived home" and a second later "Elizabeth left home" as she keeps going. Doesn't mean she's at our home, just means she's in the general vicinity. So yes, driving in the general area will set off the notifications.
Yes and we also get notifications that someone arrived or left somewhere when we're all together at home.
You can also decide the diameter of the circle, so for my daughter, at our home, our circle is as small as it can be so it's as accurate as possible.

The prosecutor and police have screwed this investigation and case up so badly I have no idea what they are even trying to prove.
That the family is innocent and had nothing to do with the murder. They don't care if Karen goes down for this as long as the family isn't held accountable
As an online juror, I still have zero idea why Karen Read is sitting at the defense table. Oh, or even what the CW is trying to prove why shes even there. I'm neutral coming in and staying blind to msm.
I also feel bad for the stenographer. I wonder if this is the most shes ever had to say "sorta kinda what if anything kinda sorta around..." in a long run on sentence over and over. Without knowing the back story of this DA's office, the detectives and cops involved it's really hard to understand.
Look into the Sandra Birchmore case if you want to understand what they are really like.
They turned a woman found dead after threatening to go public about all the cops who molested her since she was 13. Into no criminal charges.
The very same detective who couldn't find anything on Jen McCabe's phone. Also couldn't find 30,000 text messages to a Sandra Birchmore. 30,000 texts from cops going back to when she was 13.
They kept everything under wraps until they ran out the statute of limitations on the sex crimes. Investigated her death with all the same "care" to cover it up.
You don't understand why they brought charges against Karen Read because you falsely believe just because Adam Lally is a prosecutor. So it must mean he's just a super duper great person.
But careers don't work like that.
As if a stenographer hasn't got enough to do, without all the added extras she does too. This court room set up is pretty shody with no thought or care given to help aid her, eg a clear questions (looking at you Lally) and clear yes and no answers from the witnesses. I'm also following the Daybell trial, and the courtroom system and Judge are so very different.
And as an arm chair detective who got her masters on UA-cam, what a lacklustre way to treat someone else’s death by doing the bare minimum while investigating

@@gagecarlsen3872 Yes, considering there was a court order to preserve the phones on the 23rd September 2022 and at least one person got rid on the 22nd September (the day they theoretically got reminded of the court proceedings - confirmed by the Commonwealth), after discussing with others whether they should get rid of their phones. Once people knew the phones were going to be evidence everyone suddenly had 'broken phones that needed replacing'.

One in two hundred or so cities doesn't follow any known pattern because of some topographical anomaly, but the rest are (theoretically) variations on the same four themes. We know from video that Chris didn't leave the Waterfall until 12:14am. If Ally had picked Colin up when the texts say she did, Colin would've beat his dad home that night.

This. This is what the prosection's case has convinced me of so far more than anything else. The alberts and mccabes are hiding something and none of the evidence the local cops or lead investigator collected can be trusted.
I think Jen McCabe got the screenshots of Julie Nagel's conversation with her brother and changed it making it look like Colin and Ali had the conversation.
There’s a comma at the time too at the bottom.
And the next text is FEBRUARY 20, 2022!!! The text size and font do not match.
The more I look at the screenshot, I believe we’ve looked at the wrong discrepancies. I think it starts at the very beginning where Collin says Mikey is making me shotgun Sorry. That’s at 12:17. Makes sense that’s the night she was picking him up to take him to the Albert’s and he was telling her why he hasn’t come out yet. Then the manipulation of text for the screenshot happens by putting the date of Jan 28th at 11:54- U can come get me now. But I believe the 12:17 text was already Jan 29th right after midnight from Jan 28th. I do believe there is something off with this text thread but I believe the time with no date change after midnight and the comma thing has so many people showing theirs does do either or of those things or even both. I think the real part of the text is ar the beginning at 12:17 when he says Mikey’s making him shotgun. Then he’s apologizing why he hasn’t made it out to the car yet. That timeline adds up more with being at Albert’s same time as John is there and also makes more sense to Ali’s 360 travels. Haven’t throughly thought this through but thought I’d throw this possibility out there for others to start thinking in this direction and see what you think.
I feel for Allison McCabe but I don’t see why the harassment of her (which is awful) is relevant to who killed John O’Keefe and why.
Overall it doesn’t feel like this case is about KR or JOK at all, it’s been all Albert/McCabe for days. Has the prosecutor forgotten he primarily has to prove his case, not disprove the defence?

I am soo disgusted with the prosecution!! Hopefully, whoever is responsible for the murder is brought to justice. With no witnesses, rehearsed responses, not foreseeing any testimony which will help find the killer(s).
Prosecuting Karen has bought them the time they needed to destroy evidence and muddy all the facts. That's why they don't care whether or she's convicted, and they're not worried about investigations into their own dirty deeds because the whole system is corrupt. All this will be swept under the rug.

I won’t give any spoilers. I’ll just say that the only thing that’s changed about Ryan’s story has been the amount of time they were there. Other than that it’s been consistent. Oh and he left out the part where he said she was a pain 😂. He has been harassed relentlessly because he wouldn’t budge that she was in the car alone.
More importantly Ally had to have been there waiting when they got home. They didn’t leave until after a 1213 and so was at their house @ 1210 if her text is authentic. So Colin had been keeping her waiting for 7-8 minutes? And they didn’t notice their niece outside the house?

They specifically asked her if she saw him leave the house, walk out the door, and she said she was already in the kitchen so sale didn’t. She assumed she left, but she didn’t see him leave with her own eyes.
I hope at close arguments the defense makes a timeline with all the inconsistencies of the Alberts and friends vs the most believable timeline
It’s so trippy that when most answers are ‘I don’t recall’ or ‘I’m not sure,’ yet the ONE thing everybody has stated consistently is that Colin left at 12 : 10am. So, I guess we know what the family pow wow was about that Saturday morning, right? Something along the lines of ‘I repeat, Colin left at 12 :10. Protect Colin at all costs.’🤷🏻♀️
Nobody needs to guess about times either, everyone can go back and work it out from there phones and other records and when that doesn't happen an investigation will always give the answers

I can confidently say those screenshots are doctored. My iPhone (which is fully default) displays dates as Month DD, YYYY at HH:MM AM. Those texts not only have an extra comma after in place of "at" but also THE COMMAS ARE DIFFERENT FONTS!!

Mine have no commas at all or capital for am/pm. But I do live in Australia but I doubt that changes with country if it’s the same brand of phone, maybe what year the phone is?

As I recall, most everyone at the bar seemed to think they left around midnight instead of 13 minutes after. Even witnesses like the Kolikaukauses said as much, and they also had nothing to hide. I’ve seen enough surveillance video to be unsurprised if the times aren’t accurate because so few of them are, unless they’re synced up through a cellular or internet signal.
And it makes sense the surveillance video can be off if it’s something that needs to be manually set. It almost never gets looked at. Nobody is sitting there and watching it to sync up the clock.

Amazing that Katie Albert’s text message directly backs up Chris and Julie Albert’s incorrect initial timeline that has now been pushed back by the Waterfall video showing that Chris didn’t even leave until 12-14. But now it seems that if things happened as testified then Chris would have had to have arrived after or at best at the same time as Collin…because Colin was on his way directly home at 12:10
The weird part is that we are working out a timeline from narratives and not evidence. No murder trial does that. Its not an accident that we don't have any video camera data, cell phone records, geo location data...

A lot of this witnesses have gone though at least 2 grand jury trials, they may have picked it up from one of the attorneys, like if they were asked a question they didnt understand the attorney may have gone "Let me rephrase this." or something, OR they were coached by one of their many Law Enforcement family members, or even the DA themselves.
But you are right, most of them asked at least once.

How did she not see Colin walking out of the house when she was supposedly sitting in the driveway waiting for him? Also, two of the cars never left the driveway. Nicole’s Cadillac and Albert Junior’s car were parked the whole time on the left side. There is only room for two more cars, and Brian Higgins pulled into the driveway before the Alberts. Matter of fact, Brian and Nicole made a big deal about how Brian Higgins had to pull his jeep out so they could pull into the driveway and park in front of the garage door on the right side.

At the top of the text message in Collin’s screenshot you can clearly see the date and time but there is no change in the date before the texts occurring after midnight. There should definitely be a change over. I have questions… 🤔
And if they are best friends, why are the next text messages not for another 3+ weeks?

Going back to what you said about the text screenshot "And nothing after that until the 20th". This goes to what the defense was saying about deleting messages. She said this was one of her best friends and they were very close, texted multiple times that night, but then over three weeks go by and no text at all between them! Nothing for 22 days? That seems unlikely and more proof that they deleted text messages before the screenshot.
I wonder if they use another app, maybe? If you look at the txt message tread bw me and bbf, you'll think we never talk but we do on social media apps

Oh, they talked about it. They just didn’t use their phones. Remember, everybody went over to the Albert’s house that morning after the police had left and then at some point, they went to Jen McCabe’s house just probably need to get their stories straight. When Michael Proctor interviewed Jen McCabe the Alberts were there in the house as well. How convenient.
BA testified he waited for Higgins to move his Jeep so he could park in driveway! So if Allie was in the driveway did they wait for her to move as well! Hard believing adults saw Colin leaving!

There wouldn’t have been room for all the cars in the driveway. There were already two cars parked there Nicole’s Cadillac and Albert Junior’s car. There were only two other spots, and Brian Higgins was in one of them. There was nowhere for Allie to park as she alleges. Brian Higgins would have blocked her in.

EDB Did you notice that Colin said he exited 34 Fairview out of the side, front door nearest to the garage? Meanwhile his aunt swears that she saw him exit out the formal front door and met him in the foyer as he was leaving?
Replay crew: 38:36 between 11:55pm & 12:10am should there not be a date stamp??? I also find it hard that theu had not texts til Feb 20... The "on a zoom" sounds like a reply to something that is not there anymore.
Also at 1:56:02, we see the date with a comma after the day as it should but again after the year which is wrong and I hope the defense sees it and gets meta data or something done to dissect these texts.
My phone doesn’t show a time stamp when I text someone from 11:50 to midnight and beyond. It only shows after a specific amount of time.

Texts that are grouped closely together in time won't usually be broken with a date stamp. It's only after there's a gap in the conversation of maybe 20-30 mins or more between a reply that the new date stamp will be shown. I'm posting on 6/14/24. i just looked at some of my old text messages and saw that texts a year + prior do not contain the day of the week at the beginning of the timestamp. The year doesn't show up until the calendar month you're currently in of the previous year. My phone shows "Jun 30, 2023 at 1:15 PM" then the next timestamp in the same string says "Sat, Jul 1 at 6:16 AM". This also means that if it was not doctored, the earliest Allie's screenshot could have been taken was January of 2023. It seems like her screenshot was probably taken from an iPad or computer using iCloud synched data, given the wide layout and toolbar at the top of the message. Colin's "screenshot" is obviously manufactured due to the formatting discrepancies (i.e. font issues and extra comma).

It seems like there are so many foundational issues it shouldn’t have been introduced. If the state thought this was so important they should have gotten at least a partial extraction of her phone or at least had the screenshot collected by an officer. I have been listening whilst on a cross country road trip...w my 7 yr old lol You've all been w me on the Oregon Coast, through the Cascades, were currently in Cle Ellum WA relaxing before the final leg of the trip tomorrow. I had to replay because I was listening at work and thought I missed something in Colin and Alli's testimony. Where was Higgins?? I thought he "plowed the drive", according to senior, then backed up and allowed the Albert's to park. 🤔🤨 So if the Albert's passed Colin, wouldn't he have passed Higgins also? Wouldn't his jeep with the snow plow be there during that time also?
It doesn’t add up because there were already two cars in the driveway that never left Nicole’s Cadillac and Albert’s car. They were both parked on the left side of the house all night. There were only two available places in the driveway and they were on the right side so if Allie had pulled in she would’ve been blocked in by Higgins. But that’s not even possible because Brian Albert said he pulled the collar up to the garage door on the right side. That’s where Brian Higgins been parked. Also, Brian Albert Junior is her cousin. Why would she not come in to wish her cousin a happy birthday ON his actual birthday? She would go out of her way to rescue as stray dog and drive him back to his owners house, on a snowy night, but she couldn’t go into the house to wish her cousin Brian Albert Jr a happy birthday?

@@avarice33333 They all knew he died by the next day. Any time after that her text messages from the night would have been of interest to the family or to police. The screenshot was supposedly taken about three weeks later.
Also, when you get a new iPhone, your message history can transfer over. I have text messages conversations I can read from two upgrades ago.

I've confirmed that if you change the time on your phone, in doing so it changes the time shown in past text messages. I couldn't get the date to change in the text thread by changing the phones date.
Well and screenshots are easy to alert regardless. And this doesn't fit a timeline that makes sense.

The weird Life360 times might be accurate to when Allie would’ve actually been dropping people off. Then, that could possibly push the time of their convo back a couple hours. And, maybe, when the times are manually changed, like the defense was implying, a ‘new day break’ in the messages isn’t noted
When Allie said, ‘Collin wasn’t there when John was,’ I wonder if that was a genuine slip- like something she was trying super hard not to say or be too obvious about

Or the life360 data isn’t accurate. We had life360 on my teens phone and if you passed a bubble it would say you arrived then left in short order. When they drive by our house it would say she’d arrived when she didn’t, she was just close to the bubble.
Two families got dragged into this mess and I feel bad for those who are stuck in it because of family.
She looks confused because she’s caught. The feds turned over all of this info. She almost got me. Then she said “Colin wasn’t there when John was there”. KR has dealt with harassment and fighting for her life and never even had a chance to grieve. Just another witness with a different timeline.

Likely because the people harassing her and Colin are saying John was there and that Colin was there when John was there and that Colin killed him. It sounded more that she was responding to the hate online and in person than making a statement. If someone you loved was constantly being accused of murdering someone, you might break down too. It came across as a person who had been holding on to this and finally letting it out and given the chance to speak. In saying that I do think things are sus with the Albert's and the judge was wrong to let her speak on this point of bullying.
