When my grandfather passed. As he was doing his final exhale of life the hospitals baby lullaby started playing. It was one of the most bittersweet moments of my life
I can imagine how hard this is for you. Just remember and try to think of the welcoming music he had when entering Heaven. He is always with you and watching over you.
It’s a hard memory because we lost such an important member of our family but it was beautiful because it was almost like he gave up his spot on earth for a new life to begin. That’s how I choose to look at it. He loved children and I feel this was one of his final gifts
A life ends and another begins 💗 I’m sorry for your loss, I understand how hard it can be. Especially when that someone is a sweet ol grandpa.
When my mom unexpectedly passed away back in 1992, I was walking out of the emergency room area and was walking to the front of the hospital and I ran into a friend's sister and she asked why I was crying and I told her. I asked why she was there and she said her sister just had the baby. Both happened within minutes of each other! It didn't occur to me then but I realized later the significance of it.
I'm sorry for your loss. But he's still with you every day. ❤
🥀🙏💕
Hospitals that allow this lullaby allow everyone that hears it a moment of happiness regardless of what they are feeling before and after... and in that moment, I can guarantee that there is prayers for that baby coming from so many people at the same exact time... the power of prayer is real... and celebrating life with prayer is priceless ❤🙏
Nah honestly it gets annoying after like the 3rd time
They did this at the hospital where I had my children. About five minutes before I had my son I could hear the lullaby in the hall which meant someone that had a baby. I randomly met someone at the beach four years later and her son was also four years old. Upon talking we realize that they were playing the song for her child. It was so cool!
God made and sent playmates
Love this
When I went to the nursery to see my baby girl I met a couple looking at theirs. The husband said your baby is beautiful & I know I just had a baby a yr ago. Turns out in middle school the girls became best friends. The parents didn’t remember me but I obviously remembered them. So the girls remained friends & say they were nursery soulmates 😄 Now 22 yrs later they lived together through college 😊
Awwwwwww, that's so awesome!
@@mitzicorona7669 precious. Hallelujah!
We were visiting mom in hospital. The lullaby sounded, and my father looked puzzled. That song means a baby was just born. 15 seconds later, it played a 2nd time. My father giggled, "Twins!".The nurse confirmed, "Most likely."
C-Section twins
I've never been to a hospital that has that. Must be lovely 💖so sweet!
🙋♀️ 2 button push, which surprised EVERYONE since I was 'supposed' to be expecting just 1.... NOPE!
Awwwww!
I love hearing this in hospitals nothing is more precious then hearing this sweet song after an angel has entered the world
@@isabelamogosanu7777 Sounds a little personal.
@@isabelamogosanu7777 Lmao i’m a WOMAN thank you very much. You can’t be speaking for all men and the SITUATION of other women who have given birth, especially when you yourself don’t really know what it’s like. Get over yourself and your misandry lol. Not every men in the world forces women to have children. If you assume that, i’m also just going to assume you have a shit of a man in your life that forced you to have children when you aren’t ready. Sorry to hear that, hope you get out of that abusive relationship.
@@isabelamogosanu7777 Lmao what is wrong with you?? Why are you infantilizing women so much?
@@isabelamogosanu7777 You're acting like women don't have the mental capacity to want a baby for THEMSELVES and they must be doing it for a man. That's infantilizing. Women are capable of making their own decisions and wanting something for themselves, not being coerced into it.
@@isabelamogosanu7777 Stay bitter😘
This is so beautiful. I have to wonder, though, how incredibly difficult this must be to hear for parents who have suffered a loss.
On the Maternity Units I worked, Mothers who lost a baby were always offered "compassionate transfer," that is, would you rather move to another floor. So as to recuperate without seeing/hearing other babies and families. A large number of our moms did elect to stay with us.
I think it would have broken my heart to hear it when I stayed in the hospital after my loss. Hearing the mothers give birth and babies cry was one of the worst parts of being stuck there. I just wanted to go home but needed surgery afterward and to be monitored.
@@mandi7384 I lost a baby at the beginning of covid and I knew she wasnt gunna make it and was still birthed. It took longer than both my other kids to deliver her, I delivered at 6am and i woke up at 1pm and wanted to go home right away and did .. that day, which was still the day i lost her, i felt so relived! I just delivered a still born that morning, came home , then started running all over town on the bus getting groceries and things.. i felt tremendous relief because i knew she wouldn't make it and the entire time I was pregnant it was so depressing feeling her inside me and not wanting to give her up .. but as soon as it was over it was like a million pound weight was lifted off me .. such a strange experience.. alot of nurses thought I was cold or something wrong with me, could tell by the looks but I already have 2 teens and I love my kids more than anything.. I just wanted the pregnancy over with
When I had losses they moved to me another area
Exactly. It isn’t fair. My cousin lost her baby before Christmas. 9 months so she had to give birth. I’m labor for 40 hours listening to joy lullaby and crying babies knowing she wouldn’t be able to experience any of that 😢
Every hospital should have this... mine sadly did not.. and I gave birth at a newly remodeled beautiful hospital... I have heard so many stories of people losing a loved one in a hospital and hearing this music chime knowing a new life has arrived gave them warmth in their moment of sadness... something every hospital should consider..
They send you a musical card with the same tune when your bill comes. So precious!
Thats a way to rub me the wrong way!!!!
The combined medical center/hospital that I am treated at plays “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” for each baby that is born.
Whenever I hear it I say “happy birthday!!!” Then I silently say a prayer for the baby as well as the family. The music only plays in the common areas, not inside the treatment rooms or the clinic waiting areas. I think it’s a sweet way to welcome a new life to the world. 💗👶🏼🍼 💙🧸
So thoughtful of you to lift these lives up to the Lord. You never know what difference it's going to make in their future lives.
Every time a baby is born we ring a green button and does a layaby song.
Aww! Congratulations!
I've been blessed with 6 BABIES!
3 different states, Zero Green Buttons for me.
We don't have this in France but we don't pay a dime to deliver, we stay 3/7 days and everything is free, that's pretty great too 😊
I was in icu before, kept hearing a faint sound everyone act as if I was losing my mind labor and delivery was a floor down 😆
This doesn’t exist in Michigan hospitals
@@krystalconley4915 I can confirm that st Mary’s hospital in Livonia Michigan does play a lullaby in every time a baby is born ❤
The best part of my chemo and radiation was getting to hear this glorious sound coming through the speakers at any given moment. It really lifts spirits all over the hospital. Inpatient and outpatient! ❤
Our hospital played twinkle twinkle little star.. a year before my son was born I suffered a miscarriage at 9 weeks. I had just gotten to the hospital for my DnC and I heard twinkle twinkle.. I burst into tears. Exactly 1 year and 3 days later my son was born and it was my turn for my little Star....
I wish I could press that button ! But I went to the hospital to deliver my little princes with the eyes closed for ever !!!!! I miss my stillborn baby a lot is a pain than never will go away ! I was 32 weeks
😢🤗🙏
I’m sorry 😞 sending love 🤍
💔🙏🏼❤️
Sending love and positive vibes.
I am so sorry for your loss and pain for your little one born at rest! They are perfect at 32 weeks, just miniature. I'm sure they were beautiful, so sorry!
This music was at the hospital where my husband was dying. It gave me comfort. (He pulled through and is now perfectly healthy. )
Oh thank goodness- I thought this was gonna get dark real quickly, glad he’s doing ok!
I was in physical therapy when I first heard it and the therapist just paused and was like a baby was just born. And then I heard it like three more times the same day, it’s amazing
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WAY TO WELCOME A BABY 👶
I lost 3 children and God blessed me with 8 more children God is real
my mom, being an only child except for half-siblings, said she prayed for another sibling and though she didn’t get another sibling, she got 2 sons and one daughter 😂 there would’ve been 5 of us

Me too! What a beautiful way to welcome a baby into this world!!! ❤❤❤
@@maureensebek4712 Right?!
Me too I had no idea they do this, my crying would've intensified by 10 😭
I had a stillbirth and stayed in hospital for about a week. This would have been torture tbh
This is first time I've ever heard of the button being pushed, they didn't do that where and when I had my children, of course mine are 47,42&40. Such a special thing for mother's and babies🥰
I’m in tear, just reading this post! Thank you JESUS for this babies LIFE!!! Nothing with you is IMPOSSIBLE! AMEN
What a sweet gesture this is to celebrate new life.
This is so beautiful. Congratulations on your little 😇 Angel.
I had my babies around 50 years ago and there wasn’t any button like that. That’s Sweet! 😍
I remember writhing in bed, in the er,after I lost my daughter, and hearing that noise. It broke my heart. When my next daughter was finally born, it was the best sound in the world
I am so sorry for the loss of your first daughter, And I congratulate you for the birth of your second daughter, God bless you and your family
@@jamietanksley3113 thank you very much. That’s so kind of you.
Awwww! That's so cute!! 🥰Aw! I wish I couldn't done that! Now the whole department know she had her baby! 👶🏽🍼 CONGRATULATIONS! 🎊🎉
I love this in my hospital too. I always yell happy birthday sweet baby!
My birth was pretty intense and quick…
From the time I arrive to the hospital to the time I gave birth was all in the span of 25 minutes. They stop doing the nursery chime after 9 PM. But the nurse said that I deserved it because I gave birth without anything… so she pushed me down the hall, and all of the nurses stood outside to clap for me
That’s so crazy to me that we live in a world now where that is rare and a huge accomplishment. Like way to freakin go for sure but I wish it was just something we did without all the unneeded interventions. Birth is supposed to be unassisted unless something is wrong.
Congratulations hon I hope you are doing better
@Jennifer Defoor wow! We have very similar story!! Kudos to you.
It’s funny, because the nurses down stairs rushing me to the delivery room, which was on the seventh floor to, they were putting their gloves on, and just were preparing me that I’d might be having my baby in the elevator 😂 luckily my OB/GYN lives a minute away from the hospital and he came in with his shoes untied and his shirt backwards!
Once I delivered the baby he said well congratulations my pizza is still warm when I get home 😂 so funny! Cheers to you mama
Awhhh!!! Amazing things we can do with our bodies
@@kellybraun5013 you can have your Nobel ideas but you can have a baby anyway you want. And despite your Nobel ideal it HURTS!!!! (Momof 4)
Omg. I remember YEARS ago (I had to be less than 10 years old at least) we were at the hospital for something-that I honestly cannot remember. I was standing with my uncle and that lullaby came on and I was so confused on what it was for. My uncle explained to me with a smile and a happy tone that a baby was just born. Made me feel happy too.
I remember being at the hospital hearing that and asking nurse why and loved hearing it every so often. So sweet!
They don't have that at our hospital and that makes me so sad. I would have loved this with my first baby!
We have this at our hospital. No matter where you are everyone claps when they hear the song ❤
What state are you in? 💞🙏🏼

How beautiful. ❤
@Shane vlogs life ig except the states doesn’t want us now ! Or at least doesn’t to keep their trade agreements. But that’s another topic for another day
When I was in the hospital for a heart condition my nurse was telling about the days she worked the Covid unit. And to TRY and keep their spirits up when faced with so much sadness and death, they would continuously play the lullaby throughout the hospital. It was so sad. But she said it did help some.
When I was going through liver failure hearing that lullaby go off in the hospital was the only thing that put a smile on my face
It’s because of comment sections like this one I absolutely love UA-cam.
Currently 6 weeks from giving birth and videos like this make me BAWL MY EYES OUT!!! 😭😭😭
Girl put that phone down you gonna run out of tears 😹
@Shane vlogs life ig literally just pushed my little love out about 30 minutes ago ❤ thanks for asking
When my granddaughter was born we all were walking my daughter in law to her room. We were walking behind her wheelchair and my son was carrying everything walking in front. He was so excited to push that button like a little boy on Christmas . Then it started playing well the door we were going through opened then it stopped abruptly and he said uhhh his eyes opened huge and the look on his face was priceless. He acted like he lost his best friend. My daughter was taping so we have it all on video. It was priceless.
When my mom was in ICU it cheered us to hear it played.
At our hospital there is no button we push but they push for us while in delivery room. It's such a thoughtful positive vibe
I wish they had this at the hospital I birthed my daughter at.This would have been so special to do!☺️🥰❤️🙏🏻
This is so precious im crying
They do chimes at the hospital here and they are so beautiful to hear 😊
I wish they did this for both my children.
While Hubby was in the hospital for heart surgery, I’d hear this lullaby. I knew what it was for, and delighted at hearing it every once in a while. To see the newborn mother actually institute it means so much more now.
Our local hospital does this and I think it's so sweet
Also hearing it while your in pain or hear women scream then hear the song. It's motivating
They do this is a hospital in Brisbane. Every time a baby is born the whole hospital hears Brahm's lullaby. My 94 year old grandmother was in about a year ago Nd she loves it.
At our hospital in 1995(when my daughter was born) the nurses was the one who pushed it...when it played when my daughter was born his family and mine was all crying happy tears ...I was the only one on the floor at the time
Wow time has definitely changed since I had my children didn't nobody push no damn bill they just pushed us out went on to the next
Awwww that’s a shame.😂😂😂😂
&Pushed the bill lol
Yes you are exactly right!! No bell when my daughter was born 42 years ago and 18 hours of labor and a broken tailbone!! Dr. Did not give a rat's ass if I was OK or not!!!!!!
Congratulations to your bundle of joy❤️❤️
Little Angles. Are beautiful, God bless them all. 🙏 ❤
The hospital I worked at in AL would play a lullaby every time a baby was born. 😊
Congratulations on your gift from above!!!
I remember during my internship I was working the ED and a patient under me and another nurse’s care just passed away and then the sound played helping us feel a little better, it was bittersweet
I remember when I worked at a doctor’s office close by the hospital I had to go to the lab to drop stuff off and I heard that beautiful sound and prayed everything went well and the family was taken care of and thanked god for a new life on this earth. ☺️
I've been on a hospital for my grandparents and have heard this and just gotten so happy over it
Your Son is truly a blessing.
We did not get to push the button, but there was a certain song played every time maybe was born. It was such a helpful sound when you were in labor and you just keep hearing another baby, another baby!
When I worked at the cancer center attached to the hospital it brought joy to hear those sometimes all day!!!!!!!
Congratulations Ma'am that's so sweet and beautiful
Makes me cry everytime I hear it when I'm in the hospital 💜 I remember pushing it for my little baby's. So beautiful!
I have watched most of her videos on TikTok, yet I still watch it over and over😹😹
Thank you!!😭
I went through this myself almost 35 years ago and I've never forgotten that moment of him finally crying. We didn't have any button back then. Honestly it's kinda sad to have one because those that lose their child lose hitting the button and it's just a reminder of everything they've been through! If it's just for the NICU I understand it a bit better but otherwise get rid of it! Nooo extra disappointment for anyone else!!!! May God bless all new parents journey. It goes by quickly so stop and enjoy it!!!
This is so sweet I'm so jealous. I have a 23 18 and 13 year old and have never seen or heard of this. So precious
Awhhh today is my baby’s birthday. Well not so much baby she just turned 19!! Her big brother was 8 when she was born; he was asked if he wanted to ring the bell for new babies. Such a great memory.
As a Maternity Nurse may I tell you that having your son ring the bell for his baby sister is brilliant for bonding? He will never forget that, such a special moment in the day his little sis was born! Every blessing for all of your family.
I remember when I was in the hospital overnight for a broken arm the song played every time a baby was born played like 2 or 3 times and despite being uncomfortable and sometimes in pain it made my night every time
Congratulations that's precious and I wish we would have had that ,but I love my children would never trade the experience 🙏❤️🥰
CONGRATULATIONS! 🎊🎉❤👼
I gave birth in KY in two different hospitals, 2009 & 2013. No buttons for me. Never heard of it until this video. Very sweet! 😊
This past two years I've been in the hospital many times and every time I hear that sound now after I found out what it was I say a prayer and say welcome to the world little one!!!

Worked at hospitals for a long time, my favorite music to hear across the speakers.
what is it?

I never heard the one played for my twins and I don't think I ever heard one for my youngest either. I was so excited to hear it and never did.

When my mother had to have her thyroid removed I heard the lullaby sound off 3 times it was something Mom and I enjoyed hearing after her surgery.

Hospital I was at had this. I heard it right after I woke from my emergency c-section.
My best friend had a still birth and for some messed.up reason they kept her on maternity her entire stay. She still remembers exactly how many times she had to hear that lullaby, knowing she wouldn't get to ring it for her son.
🥺❤
Ha ha 😆 they told me to ring the bell after mine and I thought it was dumb 😆 and then my husband who works at the hospital was like did you get to ring the bell already? He was sad he missed it. He loves it when people ring the bell while he's at work.
That's so neat, I wish the hospitals near me had this. Too cute 🥰
It's strange how different crying can be after 12 yrs of trying and falling apart hearing that at the hospitals after having my miscarriages I finally get to cry haply tears because it a couple of months I will get to push that button and pray for all my mommies of rainbow babies that they will get to cry these happy tears one day!
When I worked in a hospital I swear I heard this every single day ❤😊 Mashallah mama
Awww I was so nauseous and out of it that I had my husband press the button the look on his face made me want to make sure he presses it again for our next baby 🥰
Last month I was in the emergency room twice. The first time for 12 hours and the second time 11 hours. It was long boring and stressful, except when I heard the music that another baby had been born. For a moment all my problems were forgotten.
When my daughter had her first set of twins, someone does this as soon as they are born. That’s how we knew when baby A then Baby B arrived!!! So exciting 😭😭💙💗Nashville, TN
Our hospital does it for each baby. The first time I heard it played twice, I was in the ER. One of the nurses said AAAWWW TWINS!!!!
I love hearing that noise when I’m working tele or med surg ❤❤❤❤ sometimes the whole hospital can hear and it’s real nice knowing someone is having a decent day somewhere 😊
They have this at the main hospital in our area.
My dad was in the hospital after a major stroke and hearing that song always made my day. Though sadly I could only hear it in the main part, not where dad was.
This is actually so beautiful!! I don't believe we have anything like that here in the uk, at least not that i know of! Its such a sweet little sentiment!! ❤
I got to ring a bell with my first baby. It was neat.
they didn't let us push the button 😕 and there were no bells with my last 2..but it is a beautiful sound everytime with all babies being born
That’s nice, here in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 the hospital don’t do this , so that’s why I was a little confused didn’t fully understand until I read a few more of the people comments 👍

I hated this when I had my son. He was super premature and having to hear it constantly just felt like a reminder on how my body had failed.
How cute!!! All hospitals should do this 💖
My hospital plays this throughout when a woman delivers.
