I'm a tad confused considering Bacteria and Archaea are considered domains. Are they accepted as domains and therefore not kingdoms, or are they kingdoms and therefore not domains?
Six kingdom classification was given by Carl Woese. These six kingdoms are Kingdom Archaebacteria, Kingdom Eubacteria, Kingdom Protista, Kingdom Fungi, Kingdom Plantae, and Kingdom Animalia. Woese discovered that the six natural kingdoms were divided into three main categories which are the domains archaea, bacteria, and eukarya. He separated eubacteria and archebacteria on the basis of: The nucleotide sequence of 16s rRNA. Lipid structure in the cell membrane. Eubacteria have a sensitivity to antibiotics, while archaebacteria are not susceptible to antibiotics.

I'm a tad confused considering Bacteria and Archaea are considered domains. Are they accepted as domains and therefore not kingdoms, or are they kingdoms and therefore not domains?
they are domains but they are also under monera where they are called eubacteria and archaeabacteria
Their domains are prokarya and the kingdoms are archaea and bacteria, or monera which encompasses both
Rick, Morty, Summer, yeahboi, jerry, Beth
who proposed this six kingdom classification?
Is there any reference?

Tuve q venir a este video por el colegio
Aren't Archeabacteria, Eubacteria and cyanibacteria all part of the Monera kingdom?
They have moved archeabacteria and eubacteria into separate kingdoms because they are so different.
@@MooMooMath wow, didn't expect this reply. Thanks
thank you for the 6 kingdom
