So excited for your reactions to this! Those first few episodes were very hard to watch! Stefania's sister passed away in October and episode 7(the one in the hospital) was the first episode she shot when she got back... I can't imagine how hard that was for her(especially with Maya's line about the death of Carina's brother and her grief around that...). I can't imagine in general how hard this season was for her dealing this heavy hard story line at work and dealing with that going on in her personal life. She's like Carina, strong as hell and I very much admire them both!
I really feel for her, that would have been very difficult and just shows her strength being able to come back and play out this storyline 🥺
