Chicken & Rice Empanada with Nando's Lemon Chicken

We had a lot of Nando's chicken and rice left over from a meal, so decided to repurpose it into an empanada (I had been thinking about empanada's after a viewer had suggested one on a prior video). I used a Jamaican patty pastry recipe ( www.butterbere... ) which went well with the filling. Super easy way to add some variety to leftovers!
