The state of bike parking UK…it’s a crime that it’s soo unsafe… no one is doing anything about it. I don’t know if it’s like you feel that it’s an inside job… but definitely it encourages thieves more when they know no one is going to get them or do something about it.
Honestly, that was me just being sarcastic about the inside job hundred percent it’s people just helping themselves to what they think they can or they think they’re entitled to but the fact that the security guards don’t do nothing doesn’t help like none of them bikes that have been tampered with should be left there they should either offer to help the person get it back to the house however possible because it’s been on their compound at the time it’s meant to be locked in a secure safe place
My reason for thinking that it’s an inside job and this is the truth behind it right even though I was being a bit sarcastic is simple really it’s seems to be high value bikes that are being targeted in there ! Insecurity always pressuring you to leave your Bike with a no it’s not safe and we know they’re not going to do nothing if someone comes after the Bike at least if I leave it where I can still see it, I can retaliate to someone trying to take my property
I don't know about uk but in Denmark where i live like in all the major cities Copenhagen (where i'm based), Aarhus, Odense etc etc... outside some businesses and apartment blocks they have a sign saying "no bike parking" or "parking under own responsibility" which means if u choose to park there while theirs a sign saying ur not allowed to then they have the right to move it, at least according to Danish law its true i've looked it up that their allowed to move it doesn't matter if its security or obstructing an emergency exit or obstructing a door to someone's apartment or a path to their place then their allowed to move it. I'm not sure in this situation here in the video but yea but at least in my country its like that i guess every business or apartment block has their own rules.
I’m sorry to say it, but Sian doesn’t really mean anything especially if it’s power by these guys towards their job it doesn’t have no purpose but in Denmark don’t you guys have proper bike lock ups but only the person that’s coming in and out for a bike and access it
@@DeliveryRider Yea we do but that's in our basement parking where we have designated bike rooms at every corner of the basement where we also have the cars we have rooms to park our bikes, but in public its like what u guys have too bike racks with people parking their bikes at the bike rack at like malls, schools, companies, cafes, restaurants etc etc.. only people living in our block can access the bike rooms since they have a key outsiders that don't live there can't access it. also anyone can access the bike racks in public as its always open to anyone to use, so were not too different to u guys.
@@DeliveryRider but again if theirs a sign saying ur not allowed to park there or if its obstructing (i'm not sure if urs did) but just meant in general then its best not to park there and just keep it moving, i rather just keep it moving park somewhere i'm allowed rather than wasting my time arguing, if those are the rules those are the rules simple. It's like going into someone's apartment we should show consideration to others too their certain things we can and can't do and that's just simple logic common sense.
No bro, the sign has to be a part of the highway code. It doesn’t matter for what signs they put up. It’s not valid. The security of inside the Grand Central seems to think that it’s private but there’s a bit of a difference between private land and a public space they have no access to tell you where you can’t leave your bike it’s a public area. The security guards only do it because we work in the economy and they’ve been doing it since we started up here in Birmingham from 2016. Honestly, unless the sign is a part of the highway code has no purpose BV neither affect to anyone
🤣😂😅i did sia security guard training course last month and aint no way this man can seize your bike, he has zero authority to even breath near it he clearly didnt listen when taking his course. you should of left it there and then called the police on him for criminal damage to your bike.
Stay safe and sound, brother.
I appreciate that, thank you likewise bro 👊
