I used a few cheats to observe some AI behavior on this level because I was intrigued by how quiet the top two bases are unless you have a substantial cache of minerals. It turns out, some of your enemies only start attacking you once your minerals reach a certain number. Orange (starts right away) - 3 Marines (only at the beginning) - 1 Siege Tank (only at the beginning) - 2 Goliaths Brown (starts right away) - 6 Marines - 3 Marines, 1 Goliath, 1 Siege Tank (Spawning Pool) - 2 Goliaths, 4 Marines, 2 Siege Tanks (starts at 3,000 minerals) Red (starts at 2,000 minerals) - 4 Wraiths - 8 Marines, 3 Goliaths White (starts at 6,000 minerals) - 4 Wraiths, 2 Goliaths - 4 Wraiths, 1 Battlecruiser Blue - 1 Ghost w/ Nuclear Missile (starts at 6,000 minerals) - 8 Marines, 6 Firebats, 4 Ghosts (starts at 8,000 Minerals) - 6 Wraiths (starts at 8,000 Minerals) It turns out that blue is one of the last to attack but will cycle attacks relentlessly if you get to 8,000 minerals but don't finish collecting 10,000.
Imagine being a pro StarCraft player who never once touched the campaign, and all of a sudden, you get a mission where the objective is to not spend a dime, going against everything you were taught.
OK, a "No build" run basically, as far as combat units go, you just rely on your initial spawn units, and rapidly expand to the three middle bases, using the two ultras, the hydras, and Fenix to cover your bases, and rush to 10K minerals before the AI can really mobilize effectively.
I've got a question - I know that it's much faster to gather 10,000 minerals than to get rid of all the command centers in this mission, but at what mineral requirement would you say it'd be faster to take all the command centers instead, if doing so still gave you enough minerals to trigger victory like it is already?

If you infest all commended centers mission is completed.

It will be challenger if you infest some command center
Isn't it worthy that infesting one command center? Infested terran is so useful in next mission
blue nuked all my bases wtf
