    Mac and Cheese:
    Brown sugar Ham
    9 lb ham
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup dijon mustard
    1 tbsp honey
    whole cloves
    1/4- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    2 tbsp rum
    2 tbsp butter
    Turkey Neck broth
    2 turkey necks
    1/2 large onion
    3 cloves garlic
    2 ribs celery
    2 carrots
    sage, thyme, rosemary
    salt , pepper
    1 tbsp chicken bouillon
    1/2 tbsp garlic bouillon
    Dressing
    1 prepared box jiffy corn mix
    1 6 oz box stove top stuffing
    1 onion
    2 ribs celery
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1 tsp poultry magic
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1 tsp salt free cajun seasoning
    7 sage leaves
    1 eggs
    2 1/2 cups turkey broth
    4-8 oz andouille sausage
    1 can cream of chicken
    Lemon Pound Cake
    Ingredients
    3 cups all purpose flour (360 grams)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2. tsp salt
    3.4 oz lemon pudding mix
    3 cups sugar ( 600 grams)
    2 sticks butter, room temperature
    1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
    4 oz cream cheese
    6 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    zest 2 lemons
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp lemon extract
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    23-25 lemon oreo cookies
    Glaze
    2 oz cream cheese
    1 cup powdered sugar
    juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    1 tbsp heavy cream
    My cake took 2 hours to bake completely. This is a long baking time, but this is a moist dense cake. Do not take your cake out before a toothpick comes out clean. I would not cut this cake until it fully cools to ensure the best texture. I waited overnight to cut mine, but i know ya'll ain't gonna do that! hahah 3 hours is also fine.
    Note: I think using a scale makes it much easier to get the flour correct, but if you dont want to you one you can use the "shift and scoop" method for your flour. But honestly that takes longer than just using a scale.
