Just found your channel and I am now subscribed . I have a 03 TJ on a 3.5 suspension lift with a 1'' body lift . I want to achieve a lower center of gravity , so the body lift is coming off this coming spring . I do have aftermarket fenders as well .
Maybe not the reason for the video but what gearing are you running on these for the various tires? I’m running 488 and 33” ko2’s on a 2 inch budget boost with my LJ - and really would’ve been happy with 513 although the difference is pretty minimal a couple hundred rpm by my calcs. I got a ridiculous price on the revolution 488’s and an Eaton e-locker for $1900 installed so I couldn’t pass it up but I I guess 513 would’ve been my choice, really falls off a cliff at 45 miles an hour when it goes into overdrive. I still turn it off though I did not anticipate having to do that after the regear. Q: Have you had any experience with the more budget friendly front fenders like offered by extreme terrain?
Hello there! Well the blue LJ has 5.13’s. I don’t turn off OD off anymore like I did with 3.73’s and 35’s. With the fenders, honestly no, before Motobilt I used to run Poison Spyder. Thank you for your comment!
2 inch body v8 zj multi rate springs on 36s flat belly. Moved rear back 2 inches with coil correction and adjustable control arms high line fenders up front works killer
@ElevatedJeeps does the "were" mean you've moved on to something else? If so, what made you switch. Have an '04 (2nd TJ, 3rd Wrangler) and bought it with a coil spacer lift, and the fenders are worse for wear. I'm looking to do 2" coils, take the spacers out, replace the fenders, and add some 33s (32s now). Stay low and driveable but still be able to get a little rowdy.
@@ZachHunts Yessir. I've built another LJ on 37's but it is white. It can be seen in some of my other videos. It's turning out to be a clone of the blue one. That sounds like a good plan! I believe those RockKrawler 2" coils can take you from as mild to wild as you want to go! Take care!
if you want at least the factory amount of suspension travel, you are looking at a 4" lift for 33's. A rig with slightly more lift and more uptravel will be more stable than a lower jeep with less uptravel.
3-4 is my go to
Great video and love the stance

That’s awesome thanks for the sub! What size tires are you running? You on instagram by chance? (Hoping to see pics)
@@ElevatedJeeps I am on IG , but I haven't posted lately. I am on 33'' BFG's right now but will be going to 35's.
@@moabwheeling1305I think I found you. Can’t wait to see pics!
@@ElevatedJeeps Yes you do and I followed you back.

Nice! Yep that is the sweet spot!
Same way I had to explain 6 inches to my wife.
3 for me
What fenders are you running? They look great.
Thanks so much! Those were Motobilt high lines. Thanks for your comment!

@@ElevatedJeeps RK is the plan. Had an RK kit on my JK and enjoyed it.

Thank you for your comment! Just my opinion, I’ve had great success with 35’s at that 3” mark.
Just run a shorter shock if you want more uptravel. I outboarded the rears and extended the fronts highlined on a 2" lift. Best of both worlds
2 3/4”s more clearance in back behind the tire.
What rims are on the 37s are they 5x4.5?
Hello! They are AEV Salta wheels. 5x5 bolt pattern.
What front bumper is on the lj?

Yeah I have a 92 Jeep YJ 4 inch lift with 35 Patagonia😊
Let’s see this thing! I love a YJ!
