Great time of year! Miss that hunting grouse! We used to just step on the wings and pull on the feet and only the breast came out. fast way to clean. Have some grouse burgers. Put some bacon on top of the breast, broil or BBQ and put in a bun. Great meal. I have to admit they way you made yours sure looked like a good supper. Maybe one day, I will be able to book in there for a couple of days of fishing and enjoy your lifestyle for a short while. Have a great day
