@@EETDUK Live-ish, there's an unmistakable studio magic-ness to the way her growls sounds here, and in all the footage I've seen of them performing this song she skips the clean change up at 11:47, I assume due to concerns about damaging her voice were she to try those rapid switches every night.
2:00 "yo this is smooth as hell" I swear seeing that false sense of security set in during these reaction videos at this part makes me so damn happy because I know what's coming.
Idk why, but I feel like someone needs to make an animation to go with this song where in the beginning, some sailors see a siren, singing all beautifully. Then, when the switch in the song happens, the siren transforms and becomes terrifying. Just an idea.
Roman the guitarist doesn't get enough credit. He is first rate and it is his overdriven, distorted, pedal, guitar sounds that make Jinjer a metal band.
The thing about screaming/growling is that the muscles you use to do it are not the same as when you're singing cleanly. It's always shocking the first time you hear a woman singing all high pitched and clean and suddenly she starts growling, because of that dramatic shift in pitch and tone, but it is still most definitely her voice and she's not the only lady who can do it. One of the most respected Metal Screaming teachers out there is Melissa Cross. Also bands like Arch Enemy and The Agonist have incredible female vocalists!
ImberNoctis That's partly correct but the pitch of the scream is also determined by the shape of the lips. For example, a tight "O" shape will give you a very low scream while a wide open mouth will be higher pitched.
Although you should bare in mind that I'm no expert. I used to do screaming in a band but I always just did it instinctively, so I never looked too deep into the physiology of it. Anything I say about it is just stuff I've heard from other screamers.
ImberNoctis True, but I think that's true of singing in general as well as screaming. Getting your breathing right is one of the most important things any singer, regardless of genre, can learn to do if they want to project properly. If you can hold your note properly and enunciate clearly that's half the battle. (Bro tip: It's also why I recommend Devin Townsend and Randy Blythe to anyone who is interested in learning to scream.)
Jinjer are by far my fav band the last couple of years. Was waiting for your reaction at the change. 100% her singing. Tatiana has a mad vocal range.(watch a live vid) love the channel guys + 🔥
"Is this metal?" Hell yes it is. No question! Love it! You turned me on to a new band! I'd never heard of Jinjer so thank you Lost In Vegas and thank you Jinjer!
They dont even know what metal is?! LOL Us metal heads do argue semantics on types of Metal and Hard Rock. Get a bunch of Metal Musician in a room and your in for a history leason too. LOL that was funny
I don't usually listen to such music at home but every once in a while I find a band that just grabs my attention and I'm very lucky to posses a sort of a "gut feeling" for musicians that are totally flawless live. And yes, I can confirm all of Jinjer's band members are exceptional musicians, especially the bassist. His playing is pure demolition.
9:40 As someone who can actually do those kinds of growls and screams, I’m hoping to use them as a parent one day as my commanding voice for the fun of it. Lol
Yo i can not make this up, when she changed her voice like that and when I seen y'all faces I spit my drink out laughing yo..worst time to take a drink ever lol
Has anyone else been binge watching these guys for the last couple of days? Also Body Count "Institutionalized" or "Talk Shit, Get Shot". Something, anything Body Count.
Miguel Garnica my fiance and I definitely binged on their videos when we first discovered them a couple of months ago but I've since subscribed to their channel so watch whenever a new review/reaction video is posted
I've been binge watching them for three nights now. I'm just a fan of music. From deathcore metal to hip hop to bluegrass and everything in between. I love their genuine reactions and open mindedness. Makes me wanna pop a squat right next to them and react to these songs with them
Sara Corsale Slow your role, no. Ben Duerr, Alex Terrible, Dickie Allen, Phil Bozeman, Darius(SPITE), Tom Barber, and I’d say Adam Warren are the top dogs. She is nowhere near that level.
The reaction video that started it all. Can't believe that 2 1/2 years later I'm still seeing Jinjer reactions pop up in my recommended. You guys really are trend setters.
There is a "device" to change your voice like that and it's called your false vocal cords. Every human has those and they can be used to produce that growling voice. That's how metal vocalists do it and gender does not affect to the ability to produce that sound (well you could argue that males can generally produce even lower resonance, but still the mechanics are the same). Check out for example Jinjer - Sit, Stay, Roll over, and you'll hear her really showcase her metal vocals! Also again, please check out Unleash the archers - Awakening, or Cleanse the bloodlines :)
Matti S It is naturally harder for females to do guttural vocals, and it is very impressive when they are THIS good. I have been a fan of Jinjer for a few years.
Tristan Matheny I wouldn't say it's harder to do any kind of gutturals, just that it's harder to do them THIS low, especially considering how high pitched her voice naturally is.
" *They* don't know what metal is" - Fuckin' A right about that, George! LMAO For the record, I'd absolutely consider this metal. It takes inspiration from multiple genres, as all good metal does.
If I like it, it's metal. Mr Bungle is metal. Tool is metal. Amorphis is metal. Gustav Holst is metal too, and so is George Crumb. Howlin Wolf is definitely metal and so is Jimi Hendrix.
David Gallinger Shit with those vocals Howlin Wolf is at the very least an inspriation for metal given that metal evolved from the blues and those vocals on that man are a precursor to all the growling
Jinjer is a combination of Progressive Rock,Hardcore Punk and Groove Metal, with some inlays of Funk, Reggae and Jazz. But in short Metalcore (Hardcore Punk+Metal) There is still a debate if Metalcore and Deathcore are part of Metal. I would say 50% yes and 50% no.
"I don't know why she would act like that's her voice." I am still laughing guys. Awesome reaction. Jinjer is really good and the chick singing is a monster. With her range and diverse vocal stylings, listening to their albums is so enjoyable.
This was actually a showcase of the drummer more than anything. "Pisces" was considered one of their weaker songs, but the new drummer did a jazz-style drum line and Tatiana hit her vocals even better than the album version.
Jinjer is definitely a type of metal. It really depends on the types of metal that a person likes. Jinjer probably falls under a combination of Progressive Metal, Melodic Metalcore, and Djent/
It's her alright :) She's using a technique, no program or machines needed. Also, I think the song has to do with the zodiac sign Pisces and the personality associated with it.
Watching this years after it was posted, I think Jinjer was the point at which many people (me included) learned to love growl. It's so well done in this particular piece, as you guys say, it fits so well. I was anti-growl my whole life until I watched this video a few years back and now I'm all for it if it sounds good. Without this particular video, I wouldn't be able to enjoy Gojira, so thank you for that. And if you have any access to the band at this time, I think you should let them know how well they expanded our tastes - I bet I'm not the only one.
And, there's a right way and wrong way to sing that way - if you can't sing to begin with, you're going to hurt yourself trying over time; trying to growl if you don't already know how to sing correctly will REALLY hurt. Some of the more famous original growlers were self-taught, and wound up tearing up their voices until they learned how to sing (for example, Tom Fischer of Celtic Frost, or Paul Di'Anno the original vocalist for Iron Maiden, or the vocalists from Killswitch Engage or Cradle of Filth). One of the more well-known voice coaches for the heavy metal growl is a woman (Melissa Cross) - it may not seem like it from a distance, but there is a great deal of skill and art in the heavy metal screams and growls!
But for me it just just sounds like some kind of low-cost Opeth Also I'm not sure they understood that Ackerfeldt did all the voices too (+ guitar and composition...) and his live performances are as good as the records
I had friends talk about the pedal, it’s for the distortion of the guitar and not the vocals “for those who don’t know” but yeah I’ve seen her live and that’s actually what she sounds like
I have been a metal fan for many many years and this is the first time I have heard of this artist. Thank you for the find! Also, you guys are awesome.
Jinjer is considered a Djent genre. "Djent is a style of progressive metal, named for an onomatopoeia for the distinctive high-gain, distorted, palm-muted, low-pitch guitar sound first employed by Meshuggah and Sikth." :)
Yo, I just went and saw Jinjer live in October and she is a beast! All her, no added sounds, she kills. Also, she is gorgeous especially in person. And the whole band stayed late to meet fans and take pictures. Awesome channel guys keep it up!
Honestly this is probably the best reaction to anything i have ever seen on this platform; In the sense that you dont just play a video and at the end be like "that was crazy" or something. Reactors out here just making money off of other peoples work But you guys actually have somthing to say/ have a thought/make comparisons so you pause it and you say it, you actually put effort into it Very good job, earned a sub
@@SuperTugz Lost in Vegas, The Charismatic Voice, Rebecca Vocal Athlete, and Mr Video... The four compass points on any reaction journey. Also, Jamal aka Jamel (everybody’s best friend), Beth Roars (everybody’s little sister), and Pink Metalhead (the quiet girl in class who you find is a published poet) are knowledgeable, insightful, and honest. All of these are a pleasure to watch.
The look on your faces at 03:55 made my whole week! LMAO!! This is definitely metal, I would say it leans towards Prog death genre, but there are so many subgenres sometimes it gets a it tricky to label it. You definitely have to get into more female fronted metal. I would recommend Nightwish-Dead Boy's Poem, and Epica-Sensorium. I choose those songs specifically for you two, based on your current tastes. Lyrics will amaze you. And they're both definitely unlike anything you've heard so far. Ps:LMFAO at the movie scene!! PPS: I find it extremely interesting that it took you guys actually seeing a woman growl to really appreciate the technique (it truly requires skill). I had wondered if you would receive it differently. I absolutely knew that eventually you guys would find this growling technique enjoyable.
re: the pps... 100% agree hard to explain to someone that death growl is not "screaming" and is a legit technique... I LOVE the contrast of feminine to brutal... really show cases the art of growling..
YEAH!!!! GLAD YOU LIKED IT!!!! Yeah, that's her. Watch their live videos. Tatiana Shmayluk is her name, and I'd recommend Who Is Gonna Be The One LIVE or I Speak Astronomy next! Yeah Tati is a vegan. Jinjer is progressive/metalcore/groove/melodic death metal mix. They use alot of genres throughout all their albums, and have alot of variety which is why I love them so much. Also, yes, this song is about depression. Tati had depression when recording the album in the studio. #FreeThinker
Darkwing Duck They had under 2 months to finish a 11 song album. It was entire days in the studio. Apparently lots of stress. From the interviews I have seen the entire band was working around the clock.
Trager agreed.i just found out about this band a few weeks ago.there awesome.im a big fan.the first time i heard her roar i was also in shock.she is very talented.i love her singing voice as well.i like the drummer as well.her range is so amazing.

Nate Bassili yes!!!! Same here.. I been requesting this cause I knew it would catch em off guard.. plus I love this song!! I’m def gonna catch in the states as well
Ryan when she changed her voice i thought were gonna fall out of your chair, your laugh made me laugh And George i thought your eyes were gonna pop through your glasses .You guys are Hilarious .I love your channel keep up the good work.
That's totally her voice. Awesome video as always "I don't know what metal is" Dude fucking tell me about it, over half my life headbanging and I don't know what is or isn't metal. I just know what I like, and I like this.
@@Sonn4L based on the fact that she posted 3 stories on instagram about fish and what they go into before and after being killed and then showing an actual documentary, i would confirm my statement (also on documentaries she says "i don't eat meat" and in one "i dont eat my species" joking on her zodiac sign
They have some nu-metal sounding moments instrumentally, but not really in this song. I do think some of their vocal melodies are definitely influenced by some mid-late 90's alt-rock and nu-metal though. The pre-chorus on this track straight up sounds like Incubus.
I loved Fear Factory in the 90's but they've become boring again over their last couple albums. They were at one point true innovators but now they've just fallen into a formula, and I blame that a lot on Dino's guitar playing and him not going outside of the box he's put himself in.
That is the most open and truthful reaction video to this song I have watched. You guys are awesome! I love that you guys are really yourselves. This is what reaction videos should be.
Best way to start out your Monday? Going to the gym? Going for a run? Work on the side hustle? Nah man, watch the Jinjer reaction from Lost In Vegas. Hahaha laughing hard at 545am! Great review, by far the most entertaining one to date.
Module79L The live version of course! That way they will know for sure that's Tatiana's real voice! Lol! Then hopefully they will do I Speak Astronomy just to see how complex they can be. I swear, the last minute of that song gives me chills every damn time!
"That came outta nowhere!" I was waiting for that part of the video, and you guys did not disappoint me with your reaction! That was another great reaction video. Keep up the good work guys. :)
This reaction is everything I ever wanted. Been waiting for this one. Love it. Well done guys. lol And yes...as others have said, this is definitely metal. Metal is huge with a ton of sub genres. Jinjer is a combination of a few different sounds but definitely metal.
"How many different sounds can [guitars] recreate?" I'm laughing my ass off waiting for you to hear the vocalist. This is by far my favorite reaction video to any song by any reaction channel
And I'm also a singer and screamer and women can do low vocals like that because screaming properly doesn't have to use the normal vocal chords but uses false chords, which are above the normal vocal chords. So yes, that is her voice. No effects. That is her actual voice.
Also going back to when you talked about how metal/singers probably have hoarse voices after screaming, the truth is if they have proper technique they shouldn't. When screaming properly the false vocal chords actually vibrate without touching, so they don't cause any damage when done properly. I can scream for over an hour without any problems talking or singing as long as I warm up properly. And if someone says this isn't metal they're just too close minded because it definitely is. Keep being awesome y'all.
Guys btw, in Opeth that you`d reacted before, both vocals - growl and clear - are made by the same man. So it is not that rare in metal now. And my wish you to react - Devin Townsend "Deep peace". Stay metal!
I loved watching you guys opine about the different facets of the opening of the song, knowing the payoff was just around the corner. When Tatiana broke out her demonic cookie monster voice, your reaction was awesome. LOL. This truly was a REACTION video!
And as a guitar player I can say the ways you can change the sound has to do with tuning guitars differently, using distortion or not (like the into is not distortion but "heavy" guitars use distortion), and you can also use tons of different pedals for guitars, for example wah pedals, reverb pedals, DigiTech whammy pedals (my personal favorite) chorus pedals, etc.
Regarding what Ryan mentioned, it's nothing too special, just the neck pickup sound with a bit of chorus and delay. It's the chord that Roman plays and the way he plays it that makes all the difference. : )
Great reactions guys as always, you're the best reactors on youtube 'cause you're honest about what you like or don't, and really LISTEN to the music. Do Periphery - Racecar, or The Bad Thing next
Her name is Tatiana Shmaylyuk. Pisces is one of their "lighter" songs, with mostly clean vocals. Most of their other songs are the other way around, with mostly growls/screams and a bit of cleans. Also bands like Arch Enemy and The Agonist have incredible female vocalists!
saw Arch Enemy live when Angela was still their vocalist and damn. it was great.
Dylan Schad I have both of the Zen of Screaming videos. Love melissa
She said in an interview she tried to be vegan but failed miserably LMAO
My kinda girl then
Graças a Deus!
Jinjer are by far my fav band the last couple of years. Was waiting for your reaction at the change. 100% her singing. Tatiana has a mad vocal range.(watch a live vid) love the channel guys + 🔥
Mr Shaneyt43 They are fantastic, I am glad they are finally starting to make it big.
Tristan Matheny definitely. They have worked hard for it always touring. Haven’t done a bad song yet . Keep well my friend 👍🏻
"Is this metal?"
Hell yes it is.
If you like Jinjer, check-out Ignea as well. Another talented vocalist, Helle Bogdanova, like Tatiana (funnily enough, also Ukrainian).
@Onarashin The Peppers' Daddy To be honest, they're heading toward a new genre. They keep blending jazz with metal.
Yep, that's her real voice, I saw her in March this year, can send you a short clip if you don't believe :D
If anything, she sounds even better live.
I'd say Eugene's playing is Warwicked. ; )
9:40 As someone who can actually do those kinds of growls and screams, I’m hoping to use them as a parent one day as my commanding voice for the fun of it. Lol
It frightened mine lol
I'm gonna do the same thing lol
I wish i'll do the same
woah i tried to learn how to growl but i feel like my voice isnt built for it lol
@@edgyawns2564 Didn’t think mine was either, but with practice, I was able to do it
Yo i can not make this up, when she changed her voice like that and when I seen y'all faces I spit my drink out laughing yo..worst time to take a drink ever lol
Has anyone else been binge watching these guys for the last couple of days?
Also Body Count "Institutionalized" or "Talk Shit, Get Shot". Something, anything Body Count.
I did when I first subbed a few months back. Now I'm immediately all over the new videos, like stink on shit.
Miguel Garnica, I'm just going to say this: I wish I could hit the Like button again everytime I watch this video. ; )
Makes me wanna pop a squat right next to them and react to these songs with them
Yep!
That's her voice
Sara Corsale Slow your role, no. Ben Duerr, Alex Terrible, Dickie Allen, Phil Bozeman, Darius(SPITE), Tom Barber, and I’d say Adam Warren are the top dogs. She is nowhere near that level.
Gary of Rivia i think she was talking about women only haha
You forgot dan watson.
vyrik syren I put Dickie Allen in there haha, but yeah I did forget Dan Watson. He’s a fucking monster. Also forgot CJ from signs of the swarm.
Tiago Francisco Maybe, but she also didn’t clarify. I’d hope that’s what she meant lol.
Matti S Yes! Would love for them to do Unleash the Archers!
Liviana Dumitru - That high pitch is very evident in the live videos when she talks to the audience. : )
yesss I've seen them live and when she came in and she said "We're a little band from Ukraine" I was like WOW, she sounds super girly lol
Yes it is her voice! She's amazing! I love her!
Seriously though guys! FIRE FROM THE GODS--EXCUSE ME (&) MGK -- Freestyle with LA Leakers or ALPHA OMEGA!
" *They* don't know what metal is" - Fuckin' A right about that, George! LMAO
For the record, I'd absolutely consider this metal. It takes inspiration from multiple genres, as all good metal does.
Paul Leach Nailed it
If I like it, it's metal. Mr Bungle is metal. Tool is metal. Amorphis is metal. Gustav Holst is metal too, and so is George Crumb. Howlin Wolf is definitely metal and so is Jimi Hendrix.
Good point. A *huge* part about being "metal" is attitude and lifestyle.
"There is no way that's her voice."
Lol, that's how she normally sings, dude! She rarely sings sweet and soft.
I didn’t know Randy Blythe and Amy Lee had a daughter lol
Same
Now every time I listen to this song, that's exactly what I'm gonna think. Thank you....
No, I think It would be Mikael Akerfeldt
#accurate
@@peesnlav Y E S
"I don't know why she would act like that's her voice."
I am still laughing guys. Awesome reaction. Jinjer is really good and the chick singing is a monster. With her range and diverse vocal stylings, listening to their albums is so enjoyable.
Baz on Blades she’s obviously using a pitch shifter for sure.
Obviously you didn't check any of their live or studio videos. That's a "myth" that's easily busted.
@Zeta9966
NO SHE ISN'T. I just saw Jinjer live with Cradle Of Filth. This is her natural tone.
Not a pitch shifter, album vocals are double tracked though which is a fairly standard technique for creating a fuller sound on a recording.
Here's a few suggestions:
Gojira - Flying Whales,
Deftones - Change,
Mastodon - Oblivion,
Muse - Hysteria
Damjan P amazing choices!
If I'm going Deftones for a first listen it's Engine No. 9
Great list
TrollfesT. Always TrollfesT
Yeah, it's time to see Mastodon make it's way onto this channel.
To me it sounds like a combination of Progressive Death Metal and Djent. They're definitely inspired by the 'Steven Wilson' era of Opeth
@@mayolicious69 Jinjer is basicaly progressive metalcore
I wouldnt call it metalcore even sliightly this song is defo djent tho in terms of the sound and tone
If not for her cleans, I would think that I was listening to some Opeth song. Her growls are on pair with Mikael's growls.
call me old school but it doesnt need to be anything but metal.... death metal melodic metal..............bahhhh its all metal
I was so waiting to see your faces when she let loose. LOL
That is definitely her voice, she really is that amazing! Such a beast! This band has been catching a lot of people off guard lately :-)
#MeToo :D
But for me it just just sounds like some kind of low-cost Opeth
Also I'm not sure they understood that Ackerfeldt did all the voices too (+ guitar and composition...) and his live performances are as good as the records
I had a similar reaction when I first heard Pisces. Then I went on about a two month Jinjer binge where that is almost all I listened to.
@@PeterFaden I'm gonna go do the same thing.
Of course that she growl, you guys needs you watch this band live, take JINJER - Who Is Gonna Be The One (Live) | Napalm Records
Yes, I just requested that one too!
Yeah I second this, good choice
Her energy on that song is awesome
Jinjer is Ukrainian (from my country) metal band, from Gorlovka city. Singer is Tanya Shmailyuk. Fun react, guys
Do you listen to Ignea too? Helle is also goddamn amazing.
Приставка "сити" после названия города добавляется когда есть штат с таким же названием. "Горловка сити" - самому не смешно?)
Gaia Starr Dude you gotta check out straight line stitch.
Im seeing them in October!! So excited to see them live
I'm finally getting to see them tonight!
Honestly this is probably the best reaction to anything i have ever seen on this platform; In the sense that you dont just play a video and at the end be like "that was crazy" or something.
Reactors out here just making money off of other peoples work
But you guys actually have somthing to say/ have a thought/make comparisons so you pause it and you say it, you actually put effort into it
Very good job, earned a sub
Yeah the fact that their reactions are so animated make this perhaps the best reaction channel on UA-cam!
Gonzalez and you know you love watching reaction videos all the same :)
“They don’t even know what metal is” hahahahah that’s fucking great. You guys are fantastic.
So true. No one hates on metal like metal heads.
LuthienC the size of George’s eyes!
Sort of helpful chart. Sort of gee whiz info. goo.gl/images/p8TL4c
LuthienC, that minute is going down as the most epic moment in the whole internet! XD
#FreeThinker
what was the reason of depression?
Darkwing Duck They had under 2 months to finish a 11 song album. It was entire days in the studio. Apparently lots of stress. From the interviews I have seen the entire band was working around the clock.
Y'all are seriously the only genuine react channel I've seen. Open minded, analytical, fair, fun. Good job guys.
These are the talented people living here in Ukraine😄
Trager agreed.i just found out about this band a few weeks ago.there awesome.im a big fan.the first time i heard her roar i was also in shock.she is very talented.i love her singing voice as well.i like the drummer as well.her range is so amazing.
@Joe Villa somali yacht club are pretty good too
It’s fun seeing someone represent your homeland huh! Much love brotha!
"Im guesssing she is a vegan"? I died
Absolutely her. Watch any live show. Tatiana is a goddess! You've gotta do a reaction to 'Just Another' or 'Words Of Wisdom'. And if you want to be blown away by another female metal vocalist check out Once Human - Eye Of Chaos
TheLukieBoi1 holy shit yes! I am OBSESSED with Once Human right now. Eye of Chaos is just a fantastic song ❤❤

I keep watching this over and over again. Greatest reaction video ever!
She is doing everything self and she is really good. Jinjer is misture of Metalcore/Nu Metal and Progressive Metal
Fredde I'd say they are more metalcore/groove/progressive combo. Not so much Nu Metal to me.
I wouldn't say nu metal. Groove yess, but not nu. Anyway this band is all over the place with their sound, I wouldn't even bother to classify them lol
They have some nu-metal sounding moments instrumentally, but not really in this song. I do think some of their vocal melodies are definitely influenced by some mid-late 90's alt-rock and nu-metal though. The pre-chorus on this track straight up sounds like Incubus.
Fear Factory - Self Bias Resistor. Fathers of heavy industrial metal. Crazy unhuman drumming, legends!
That's definitely a good one for them to try, fear factory where pioniers of that sound.
Fuck yeah!
I loved Fear Factory in the 90's but they've become boring again over their last couple albums. They were at one point true innovators but now they've just fallen into a formula, and I blame that a lot on Dino's guitar playing and him not going outside of the box he's put himself in.
I have been saying this song for awhile
Errrm Ministry
That is the most open and truthful reaction video to this song I have watched. You guys are awesome! I love that you guys are really yourselves. This is what reaction videos should be.
Best way to start out your Monday? Going to the gym? Going for a run? Work on the side hustle? Nah man, watch the Jinjer reaction from Lost In Vegas. Hahaha laughing hard at 545am! Great review, by far the most entertaining one to date.
Hey guys! Just thought you guys would want to know that Jinjer just posted your reaction on their Facebook page! Way to go. The reaction was epic!
And they verified that she doesn't use a button on the mic lol
Brian Tokarcik Hahaha! 😂😂😂
Hey Mick, I was surprised not to see you here right away! XD
I bet they'll do another Jinjer video, let's hope it's Who Is Gonna Be The One. : )
Module79L The live version of course! That way they will know for sure that's Tatiana's real voice! Lol! Then hopefully they will do I Speak Astronomy just to see how complex they can be. I swear, the last minute of that song gives me chills every damn time!
I think it would be a first if they did 3 videos of the same band. Two from Gojira is already something, imagine three from Jinjer! XD
This reaction was outstanding, I can't stop laughing at your reaction. You guys are superb, great song and vocals. Top blokes!
"That came outta nowhere!" I was waiting for that part of the video, and you guys did not disappoint me with your reaction! That was another great reaction video. Keep up the good work guys. :)
Nightwish - Ghost Love Score !
That or any other Nightwish song will do
Metalfrider was just about to suggest that, I think it would be a fantastic introduction to the band
Please do "I Speak Astronomy", fell in love with this band forever after hearing it
This reaction is everything I ever wanted. Been waiting for this one. Love it. Well done guys. lol
And yes...as others have said, this is definitely metal.
I Speak Astronomy is another amazing example of her range. Great video :D
Guys btw, in Opeth that you`d reacted before, both vocals - growl and clear - are made by the same man. So it is not that rare in metal now. And my wish you to react - Devin Townsend "Deep peace". Stay metal!
Aleksey Patrakov deep peace has some amazing guitar work!
I feel like they would fall asleep in the first couple of seconds.
It can be i guess... But if they manage to pass that couple of seconds there is a risk they will get a pure pleasure of music :)
Josh Grooves - that is exactly what i meant :)
Yeah the beginning starts out slow but it develops into one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever
I loved watching you guys opine about the different facets of the opening of the song, knowing the payoff was just around the corner. When Tatiana broke out her demonic cookie monster voice, your reaction was awesome. LOL. This truly was a REACTION video!
That is indeed her voice. She is one of the best vocalists in the genre.
+1 for The Bad Thing!
Just saw them live. It’s her voice, she’s a beast.

You should check out Outlander or I Speak Astronomy... Or Words of Wisdom, or Cloud Factory, or Exposed as a Liar, or... Yeah, you get the picture.
It's definitely metal.
