First time watching your channel. Have lived in Tatum all my life. Fished & skied Martin Lake before state park was built. Actually fished the lake the first day it was opened to the public. The line was all the way to the highway with boats. The trees you camped under were just little saplings when park was new. We started camping in tents and have now moved to our 3rd motorhome, a 40’ DP. Have seen many of the tear drop campers in our travels. All types of RVs for all types of peeps. As long as one is enjoying their style of RVing that’s what it’s all about. Thanks for an enjoyable video.

I don't measure things when I cook either. Tastes better that way. :) Caramelized onions are only good when they get the time they need so I'm not sure they can be sped up. I have added a little bit of balsamic to onions towards the end to help caramelize them and give them a zing. Thanks for the video.
