Hi girls, love the videos. If you ever have a customer receive a parcel after you have refunded them contact eBay and ask for a refund as you have followed procedure. It’s happened to me a few times and I’ve always got my money back .
Thanks for sharing your experiences. 20 years on eBay and I got my first negative in July - because the buyer didn't read the description about the marks on the magazine cover. Her feedback was BS - said it was a special magazine (it wasn't). Then I got a negative in August because the new and factory-sealed DVD movie wasn't as good as the original movie 🤔 The buyer refused a revision and eBay didn't remove it either. Sales are now down 70% but I'm trudging on... and trying not to search out the buyer's details to see if I know someone with a dog that lives locally to either of them 😂
@@judithpride1690 you couldn’t make it up could you! It’s hard not to take it personally when we all work our butts off. Let’s just hope that karma comes to bite them in the ass lol
11:58 steaming sucks! Streaming platforms can take off shows whenever they like /are only able to keep them for so long because of contracts and whatnot. Dvds are so much better. Sure you have to wait but once you have it its yours forever/until its too broken to work anymore
You always get one asshole that ruins your day! I had one for a tripod, after 30 days leaves it says it broke first use. I reached out to him please send back, I’ll refund you! He did it came back, there was nothing wrong with it. I messaged him to say you turn the tilt handle unscrew and click into place and then tighten up!!! Nothing wrong with it. Moaned he paid £6 to send back. I told him you cost me £6 too as I sent to you, then he removed feedback. I’ve got one now though, 5 weeks after messages me to say a speaker is rattling, he obviously blew them on a high powered amplifier. On feedback… came broken!!! Toss bags
I’ve been self employed for over a decade and I have a list of people I refuse to do business with because they are not worth my time. Took a while to work out it’s ok to turn business away.
