- An old Jackall Pompadour is repurposed into a timber version after being retired due to hitting things harder than itself and breaking.
Making lures is one of the only ways I have been able to occupy myself while in stage 4 lockdown.
I have certainly learned a few things along the way & hope to continue learning more about building lures for the fishing i do.

I can't believe how good that came out! If I didn't know better I'd probably think it was just a pompadour haha. I reckon it looks better with the paint job you ended up with so that worked out really well! Nice Lee.

Hey mate.
I am using Pine to make this one.
Shaping them takes practice for sure, it definitely helps to draw or trace the shape onto the wood as you go.
