Holy shit this show was so great! I already knew a little about Delain mainly their album April's Rain but nothing much after that and they completely captivated me that night, ran off to buy their Human Contradiction album after their performance xD And she's actually pretty good in French!
+Catherine Kaji Human Contradiction is what got me after You tubing by chance Nightwish. I went and bought 2 other Cds after that. They have catchy tunes that don't get old.
J'adore la voix de Charlotte! Et quoi penser de Martijn mis à part qu'il est un excellent compositeur qui réussit à écrire des lignes mélodiques extrêmement accrocheuses et bien harmonisées qui restent dans la tête des gens pendant des heures? Delain est mon coup de coeur 2016!
Was there. I wish they played longer :) Where was the Bass Player ? I don't know if they mentioned it or not but they must of played preregistered bass or the keyboardist played the bass parts.
+Peter cross I was at the show in Cleveland Ohio there last show they played ten songs and the crowd started telling them to play more and saying headliners. They really do need to do a headline tour next year.
As they play some gigs without Merel, I'm surprised they didn't put her on bass instead. Maybe she doesn't play bass? but I thought most decent gutarists could swap if need be?
