That scene of Geeta defeating her dad always gets to me. It was so heartbreaking to see. Aamir's filmography is unmatched.

The fight choreography in this movie always fascinated me because it looks like a real kusthi fight. Actors played a huge part in making the fights look real instead of choreographed.

Don't go by the film's storyline they took some cinematic leniency which was fair enough. But in actuality, the national coach wasn't arrogant, in fact he fully supported Geetha as a coach and trained her to betterment, and Geetha won her first 🥇 in World Championship at her first attempt itself.
Yeah, she dominated the competition like anything which was very different from what they showed here which irked me to some extent but I tend to overlook just because the film is so well made and Amir's brilliance

@Abhishek Singh Chak De is a biopic based on the story of Ranjan Negi. SMH.
@Abhishek Singh none of these films genuinely depict the full life story of any of the respective characters. Fictional liberties are always taken with biopics and some of them focus only on certain chapters of their respective lives. Chak De is a masterpiece and belongs to this category.
