Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese softened
4 large eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Made this Pizza tonight. Tried several others recipes from UA-cam and clearly this was the best by far! The egg and cheese crust I think is want makes it so much better from all the others. Plus you can actually get it out of the pan with only slight effort. In addition to peperoni we added toppings of R&G bell peppers, mushrooms and one sliced hot pepper. Thank you for your recipe! 🙂

I make a pizza casserole, which as casseroles don't have crusts, by not attempting to make any kind of eggy crust at all. Instead, I simply line the bottom with cooked sausage crumbs. It's great that way and I serve it like any casserole, on a plate or in a bowl. I use all the typical toppings of any pizza. The only difference is I use extra pizza sauce which I make from seasoning my own tomato paste. Yes, the sausage falls apart but it's a casserole.

What I have been doing is simply making a pizza casserole- it's basically the toppings in a casserole dish (actually what I thought this recipe of yours is going to be! I'm so glad I bothered to watch!!!😍) Sure, it's delicious, but I think that this version of yours is going to be so much more awesome to do! I need to get some more cheese, and I'm going to try this tomorrow!! thanks!!!
The sheet pan option is the one I prefer as it’s a thinner crust and you’ll get more servings.

Yahoo!! Finally managed to make this. I used a cast iron skillet, made a half recipe and baked it, topped it with mushrooms and sausage, along with sauce and cheese. Awesome! Thanks for sharing!

Looks good, but could be even better with a meat crust (hamburger, sausage, ground chicken) 👍 It looks like picking topping off of a pizza.

If you add more toppings, do you still put it under the broiler for a couple minutes. The topping won’t be cooked?
It depends on the toppings. If you want them to cook, you can bake them. The broiler will just brown things quickly.
Do you have a recipe for a loaf of bread using coconut flour, xanthan?
The coconut flour bread recipe I have uses psyllium, not xanthan.

You might like using the sheet pan version better as it's a thinner crust than the casserole pan.
