I play both but started out with violin! I definitely think if you have the time and money that you should learn flute! It's a little easier (in my opinion) and sounds beautiful!

I just love this combination of instruments. My favorite part of of the Ibert is the duet with the violin. Inspired me to write a piano trio with flute and violin.
With the different instruments, you get two different feelings from the piece. With the flute, you get this haunting, Baroque sound that’s Rampal-esque. With the violin, you get that rich, iconic bright, in you’re face feeling that you’re listening to classical music (Baroque, but whatever).
It sounds amazing i love you and your channal so much i had to make a disision on my second instrument becous of school and i was going to choose violin but you are so inspiering and awsome that i chose flute and im realy happy that i did so.

Nice interpretation... Hope some day you can perform the beautiful second movement of this concerto. It may sound wonderful violin / flute. What I am. not sure is which part (first or second violin) is more suitable for the flute. Congrats and regards from México.
English took 'guarantee' from regular French, and 'warranty' from Norman French. They were the same word, but Norman French often used a 'w' where French French used a 'g'.
This is Bach double violin concerto. You could definitely find music for it online. If you play violin, and use the Suzuki Method, one part is in book 4 and the other is in book 5.
It’s transcribed, not transposed. You have to transcribe for flute because some of the notes in the original score aren’t playable on the flute (they are too low) so you have to make adjustments 😊
im playing this but with double violin instead of flute, also why do i feel like u got the bach double violin concerto then play the first violin part on flute
