Will it be a problem if frame is powdered coated I think I might have a problem with them mount fitting right cause u said don’t powder coat the product cause it come not painted and it will mess with fitting right just wondering do that apply with frame also
Running into a problem. The chain rides on the lower shock absorber nut. Gonna have to run a bigger rear sprocket. I’m running a 60T rear sprocket with no torque converter. I have the engine riser and adapter plate kit on.
I have this problem too and have no way to over come this. I already use a 60t sprocket and my engine sits really high with no way to adjust it. Did you try anything else besides a bigger sprocket and engine mount because I’m out of ideas.
I love what I'm seeing quick question at the top shock mounts how each only have 2 clamps will making a third contact point help keep misalignment to a minimum?
I like the concept of this. Could you guys make something like this that will work on the VoroMotors Roadrunner V2 I’m sure there will be a lot of people buying it, I’ll be the first one.
just bought the kit. shocks are super stiff almost no suspension and the lower shock bolt is right in the way of the chain no matter how i orient the mounting brackets. dont understand what im doing wrong.!
I am in the process of developing a 3d printed adapter for that exact fuel tank. But in this video it seems you have mounted it a new way. Can you enlighten me? I hate the "Pipeclamp it to the frame" approach.
We are in the process of making an actual fuel tank for these frames that will also fit our Rascal/Lil' Rascal line up. These are currently pipe clamped on to the frame at the moment.
@@GoPowerSports I just finished creating a 3d printed frame for one of generic small 1g fuel tanks. But I would LOVE to get my hand on one of your new tanks and test it!
I have a mm80 along with the GPS swing arm and because I have to use the angle plate in order to properly install the swing arm, my rear center exit exhaust doesn't seat correctly, how do you guys get yours to center exit or what do you guys use as exhaust header?
The spacers for the rear wheel that are included are wayyy to big and my wheel doesn’t have any clearance to fit the brake even after grinding it because it’s basically touching the swing arm on both sides
Could these polished aluminum wheels on this bike in this video be put on a trailmaster hurricane X or do you guys have polished aluminum wheels for the hurricane? I just order the hurricaneX 3 days ago and I wanna modify it as much as I can with y'all's parts. This was a awesome video. 👍🏼
I actually want to know where I can get them wheels and tires, and that for setup. I already have my mm80 swing arm kit put together. I like to mimic this build tho.
The 10" Wheel/Tire combo you see on this Mega Moto would be too small for the Hurricane. It may look disproportionate. These wheels will be available within the next few weeks, just waiting on the hubs that go with them.
One of the coolest mods you can do to the Mega Moto 80 Frames, glad it's finally available.
Hey guys, any word on when these might be getting restocked on the website or are they sold out and done?
I am not able to find the tire you have on the rear wheel you are using. would you be so kind to provide a link?
Wish we had swing arm kit for Colman 200 and shocks for the front

I'm excited to build one of these. Taylor, any word on a performance front fork set up yet?
Happy New Year Guys!!! Got this kit in our cart right now!!
Hope you enjoy!
Waiting on this thing to arrived 🔥🔥
Us too!
A bolt on or even weld on for the 212 would be awesome.
Definitely stay tuned for the 212 bolt-on version.
@@GoPowerSportsany update on this??

Great Video! Love this kit!
Thanks so much!
I like how you left out the part where you had to hack off the ends of the frame and insert plastic caps
That was already done to this minibike months ago. You won't need to cut anything off your frame unless you plan on using the Chain Guide.

Thanks 👍
Do you sell the rim and wheel that are in this video?
Is Go Power Sports gonna come out with a swing arm kit/conversion for the Mega Moto 212?
:) Stay tuned to find out! (...the answer is yes though)

Awesome

Good question! More contact points would help keep everything in line. We have ridden this set up for over a year and have not had any issues yet.
Can you run this without a torque converter with just a clutch?
Can you fit an 8 inch rim in this kit and the front suspension kit. Im gonna buy either way but i wanna do a big tire conversion on my mega moto
What are those dope wheels!?
Stay tuned, we'll have a few of those sets up this week!
What length chain should I buy to install this on a mm80?

Let's get you a minibike like this one!
Can I mount a mega moto 212 tire with this kit
What's the front brake mount for the 10 inch rims
Will this work on the the Trailmaster Storm 200?
Haven't attempted on the Storm 200 just yet.
Does this work?

We use our Skinny Center Exit header pipe, #GPS-1001
what exhaust pipe is that. iv been looking for one that goes under the seat with the 212 mounting plate
They have it on their website for like $34

@@GoPowerSports thanks! Great kit. I need to get me a Moto 80 mini.
How much for the swing arm kit
Will it work for Coleman bt200x
I believe it'll be too small for the Coleman 200 minibikes, but have not tried to fit one on.
What is the length of that swingarm?
Can you guys please tell me the tire/rim size on the bike in this video?
This is a 10" Billet wheel that we will have for sale on our website as soon as the hubs get in. May be around March/April '23.
