When I pitch I land on my heel? I don’t really know how to land the right way. When I do I land on my tippy toes. Is there anyway you would recommend for help?
Of course! So we know that a lot of coaches and pitchers do like to hit spots with their other pitches and that's totally fine. For us, we don't like to because we think that the purpose of a changeup or a movement pitch is to either fool the batter with the change in speed or the break, and make them either swing and miss or get frozen and not swing but have the pitch still called a strike. Once you start to try and spot the changeup or other movement pitches, we feel it becomes much less likely that the batter is going to swing or the umpire is going to call it a strike, and it takes away from the potential effectiveness of the pitch. For us, we like to have our girls focus on a really good speed differential with their change (we also like to have our changeups vary in heights and also drop off) and really really good late break on the movement pitches as opposed to hitting spots with them
I super appreciate this video. Well done.
Awesome coach as always!!

I pitch and have been feeling really tight in my forearm. I don’t know if i’m not warming up properly or if it’s a mechanical issue.
could you share why you don't like to spot other pitches?

Won’t batters and opposing coaches be able to see which way you are going?
No it's very slight. And if that were the case they'd be able to see with the stride foot going in that direction too!
