This is one of my favourite GoT fan-made videos because of how it highlights Jaime's perspective on Dany's conquest. We are so on her side that we forget what Jaime is seeing on that episode: the daughter of the Mad King, riding a freaking beast, burning people alive (solders, but still...) like her father wanted to. I understand why Jaime would give his life to stop her. Robert's voiceover talking about Rhaegar wanting to "end the rebellion with a single swing of his sword" is perfect, it was almost forshadowing for Jaime.
Brilliant hypothesis, I agree completely. It's great when people take the time to study both sides of a conflict instead of being blinded by sheer and utter loyalty, you really get a great understanding of the emotional and physical struggles that forged these characters paths.
"The single swing of the sword" bit by Robert isn't talking about Rhaegar, it's talking about the first man he killed in battle. It was just some Tarly boy, not Rhaegar.
Jamie is not a bad guy, yes hes made some bad mistakes, but in the end he made the right one, yall know what I'm talking about. He is my favorite character.
I watched this vid a while back, i loved the edit- When i started watching GoT i despised Jamie, but now he is one of my fave and most compelling characters ☺️
Dankest Media Group I think that’s pretty much the same with everyone. We all Hated Jaime in Seasons 1 and 2 but once he got his hand cut off in season 3 from then on we all started to Love him! That’s only one of the many Genius things Game of Thrones has done to it’s Audiences! Lol.
The best of those videos about Jaime is the one called "Kingslayer", it's great! The best I've watched overall is the one called "Hear me Roar", about Cersei.
They did show a flashback when Bran finally became the Three Eyed Raven after Hodor Died, he was seeing visions and one of them was of the mad king and Jamie killing him.
A Jaime le podra faltar una mano, pero nunca le han faltado huevos. After I saw that Oathbraker video, some months ago, Jaime Lannister became my favorite character.
Jaime is definitely one of my favourite characters but I wonder what the Stark children are gonna think about Jaime since he’s possibly riding to Winterfell. After all Bran can see into past
Sorry this is late info for how long the video has been out but yes there's a split second flashback that Brandon has of the mad king screaming burn them all including Jamie stabbing him in the back search it up on UA-cam bro
Love watching you guys! You make my day sooo much better! Although, I don’t remember the scene with Jaime and the dragon.... can anyone tell me when that happened??
Rikki Gardner Season 7 x 4, when Dany was burning the Lannisters, Drogon was injured by a lance, she landed on the ground with him. And Jaime saw an opportunity to kill her and end the war so he raced with his horse real fast with a lance toward them. But the Drogon turned at the last minute to breath fire on him but Bronn jumped at Jaime to save him and both landed in a lake.
yall should rewatch the series and create a reaction series/review being that you've only seen the episodes once, see what else new you pick up on (seriously itll help the wait till S8 & provide consistent viewership; GOT fans are loyal) just a thought
I still won't foget what he did. Why? There's one episode where he says to one of the Boltons men "Send Starks my regards". I noticed that second time watching and it pissed me off.
Yes, people want to win the war that they are in. As much as I like the Starks , I wouldn't hate Jaime even if he arranged the 'red wedding' . He was on the opposite side .
TheSikOne200 im not talking about that just the whole bron coming out of knowhere conveniently in time then the whole him surviving not being drowned with heavy armor, not like the water was that deep in the first place
I don't think it is. He probably thought he had a chance but he also risked everything to stop a potencial Mad Queen with a lot of power. Litlle did he know the real Mad Queen was by his side... but I'm glad he saw that now.
TheSikOne200 Bronn Never had Heavy Armour on did he? So is it not just a tiny little bit more Believable that Bronn was able to save Jaime from Drowning? Lol.
Not one of the best characters, THE best character in the show

Victoria S it is late but mr.krepshus has pretty cool tribute too if you liked this you'll like that too
Awesome! I'd check it out!
"The single swing of the sword" bit by Robert isn't talking about Rhaegar, it's talking about the first man he killed in battle. It was just some Tarly boy, not Rhaegar.
“Tough being Jaime.” Tell me about it.
Garostudeios and and zurik are the best one alround
Swe you should see Mr. Krepshus's videos

All the love to thegarostudios
+The Reel Rejects love the reaction. Yeah the Mad King scene is from 6x6 when Bran is cycling through visions just after Hodor's death
I watched this vid a while back, i loved the edit-

MORE TRIBUTES
Not Alfie agree
No more Jaime tribute tho, because his character sucks
Now "oathkeeper" please? 😬. And the episode when Jaime kills the mad king is 6x6
They did show a flashback when Bran finally became the Three Eyed Raven after Hodor Died, he was seeing visions and one of them was of the mad king and Jamie killing him.
fuck .... everytime i watch this it honestly makes me cry ... his character is so tragic and so well-played by Nikolaj ... damn
thegarostudios does the best character videos. The Logan one is also great.
Love that one. Also a fan of his Doctor Who videos.
You don't remember that flashback??? It was in the opening of season 6 episode 6. May wanna rewatch.
yeah that flashback of him killing the king was in there for a second from a vision from bran
One of the best fuckinh characters in any book or tv show.
You should see the other Jaime video called Oathkeeper
A Jaime le podra faltar una mano, pero nunca le han faltado huevos.
After I saw that Oathbraker video, some months ago, Jaime Lannister became my favorite character.

karl jonson what you think he had something to do with the red wedding? He didn’t by the way.
Yes, people want to win the war that they are in.

He was on the opposite side .

I like trump lol, and this channel
Huh. What was the point of this video
That entire scene where hes charging at the dragon is dumb
TheSikOne200 im not talking about that just the whole bron coming out of knowhere conveniently in time then the whole him surviving not being drowned with heavy armor, not like the water was that deep in the first place
yep, badass scene, shit writing.
