Fun Fact: Jaime is 1192873198273x more awesome when he is not with sister.
You cant change my mind.
I can
1192873198274x more awesome
Respect to those people who decided to look at both numbers to know if its correct.
I went from absolutely hating his fucking guts in Season 1 to adoring him as time went on. He's one of my favorite characters. Brilliant development, perhaps the best ever on the show.
Enid Rhee-Grimes I agree 100%. Also, JSS.
Not in season 8
Me as well he was the most surprising character too me because I thought he was a pretty boy scumbag I consider when he told Brienne about how he killed the king one of my fave scenes of the series
@@SolaireOfToast Yeah. I really hated that scene between Tyrion and Jamie in Season 8:
Tyrion: _"Try. If not for yourself, if not for her... then for every one of the million people in that city, innocent or otherwise."_
Jaime: _"To be honest, I never really much cared for them. Innocent or otherwise."_
And I thought, "Welcome back, Season 1 Jamie. It's like you never learned a thing."
The thing about Jaime is that he _didn’t_ develop as a character. Many have noticed this, including the actor who portrayed him. Jaime doesn’t change, Jaime is _revealed._ He was _always_ the person who betrayed and killed a king to save countless innocent lives. That is who he was when we meet him. Unfortunately, the writers kind of forgot that, and in Season 8 he’s no longer recognizable as Jaime Lannister, like so many other characters. And the entire show, too, I guess.
Most developed character in the entire series.
hound and maybe theon
@Jivy You're saying (aside from the very true point about the stupidity of his "earning of respect" from the Iron Island Crew) that Theon keeps making bad choices and irreparably continuing to damage his already tainted reputation, which is what I think makes him interesting and developed. Character development isn't always as simple as bad -> good or good -> bad, it fluctuates and changes, and morphs the character's understanding of the world and people around him as we change our perceptions of said character. The fact that Theon could be so humbled in the vein of a beaten dog rather than as Jaime Lannister was, turning his suffering to the better, speaks volumes to his person and how much Ramsay's torture affected him.
I enjoy Theon Greyjoy for the point that he is essentially a typical cocky and arrogant boy who had never known true battle yet claimed himself a warrior, who is thrust into a status larger than himself due to his carrying on his back the questionings of his honor and masculinity that he should side with the Starks upon his "duty" as a Greyjoy, and a horrific torture that served as a direct causation of his toxic mindset, that haunt him and follow wherever his character goes. He's no hero, even if the GoT writers are trying to make him be, what with the teaser for what's to come in Season 8. No pun intended, but he genuinely seems to be one of the most 'gray' characters out of the bulk of GoT's cast.
Jaime, the Hound, Daenerys, and Sansa are the most developed characters in the series. From when they started to where they are now, the change has been amazing to watch.
Sansa, Theon, Tyrion, Jaime, Cersei. They're depth characters.
@@mysticmajestic2360 I agree with Jaime, Hound and Sansa.
Dany did not develop much, she always wanted power throughout the series. You could say that her development comes from her being more power-hungry now more than ever.
I'd say Jon also developed well
From throwing Bran out of a window to the most admired man in the show.
That's what you call a character arc.
The man who saved King's landing, leaves and rides North. For his final battle.
Lone Star definitely not the most admired man in the show, he still has no honor
@@trunks4139 no honor? He has more honor than half the characters in the show. Cersei is the problem, not Jaime. She manipulates him into the worst version of himself, and it's only when he goes off on some adventure and isn't with her that he becomes a better person. By the end of Season 7 we learn that he only killed the king he was sworn to protect because Aerys II was going to burn all of King's Landing (including the innocent people) and we learn that Ned Stark, the supposed most honorable man, passed judgement on Jaime in seconds before Jaime could've even explained himself. His incestuous relationship with Cersei is her doing, as she knew that by seducing him, he'd never fulfill the prophecy of her little brother killing her. Most of his bad decisions root from her manipulation, and by him leaving her to go fight with Jon, Dany, and everyone else in the North against the undead, he truly is the most honorable character outside of House Stark.
@@CalebMealer S8 Jaime: I didn't care about them ...
@@danielhiguita5511 there's a season 8? Wasn't it another show? lel
@@danielhiguita5511 Season 8 was trashed. They destroyed almost everything they build up
Nikolai Coster Waldau is so underrated! What an actor. Jaime is the best! 🤚
it's pronounced Nikolai

People always forget how young Jaime was when he killed the Mad King - around 18. Pretty serious, heavy stuff for someone so young. He made the right choice and paid the rest of his life for it.
16
Personally still believe Jaime losing his hand was deserved. it was the reality check he desperately needed.
I couldn't agree more. I hate Locke (or the other guy in the books) but still, if he didn't lose it there, he'd still be an asshole in s4, prob even let brienne die.
Also the deeper meaning behind his "i was that hand" speech. Really love his arc throughout the show
@Khal Rhaego bro chill its not real life, and jamie pushed a child from a tall ass tower. It was karma for sure
truee
Khal Rhaego Stop with stupid religion bullshit please
Most interesting of the all characters. Best character development..Can’t wait to see what happens now that he has no allegiance to Cersei .
prob going to winterfell
he's definitely going to riverrun and make peace with Edmure.
Lol...
@@lmp19791 yeah, that went to shitter xD
They fucked up the show by killing most of the characters so random
Best character of the show
wrong.
My Favorite Character in all Fiction. It used to be Anakin. And Bond.
That is tyrion
Tyrion is a great character and is the most popular but I wouldn't say he's the best. And the reason I say that it's that he was a character too easy to like from the get go. I wish he should have been more of a shades of grey character. In the books Tyrion was an ugly freakish looking character, a monster and it really made up for the balance. Cause as a person you are constantly at war with yourself in finding him repuslive yet liking his actions. On the show he is fairly good-looking and it makes him too easy to like. It is very un-Game of thrones.
This was a problem with Joffrey too on the show where he was too easy to hate. Cause of his appearance where he was not the best-looking dude. In the books Joffrey is younger, a beautiful kid with long hair, looking almost Bran as he was as a kid.
@@johnnyskinwalker4095 wow, i didn't know that. I tried to like joffery from the beggining, and it kinda made sense what be did.
jaime, theon and hound are the best character development so far. for me
What about arya, Sansa my friend
Can we get a compilations of just Jaime and Brienne looking at each other? I could watch that for hours.
me too. Thosee 2 are amazing together
Hahaha, you speak the truth. XD
She will marry with tormund and make giant babies to conquer the world
Jaime is by far my favorite character in the show. His development was phenomenal.
why nothing from The Bear and the Maiden Fair...?..arguably the episode where viewers changed their minds about Jaime
Yea it really needed that fight in the bear pit
You make a great point
His journey with brienne was when I changed my mind I hated him in season 1 but yea the bear pit him stopping brienne rape all of that really cha he'd my mind fast
For me it was Kissed By Fire personally
What a Karma !.. Bran lost his feet with which he was a climber so Jamie had to lose his hand with which he fought..
Anyone else watch these and count how many people you wouldn't watch the show with due to their non-stop talking? Lol
This guy went from everyone’s most hated characters to most favorite...I’ve never seen any character do that before
negan of the walking dead too
Best character arc in history of film and TV. Period
Until…
It’s crazy how a lot of us went from hating his guts to loving him. Now that’s character development.
Tyrion and Jaime are now my favorite characters. How can I hate his sister, but love Jaime?
Great compilation for a fascinating character. I'm surprised you didn't include him jumping in the bear pit though! That was one of the biggest WTF (in a good way) Jaime moments for me on my first viewing.
A was waiting for that scene.
It's crazy how we all went from hating Jamie to loving him
Not all
"Disgust", "Pleasure", "Every Emotion" lol Love it
every time dany is with a dragon and says dracaerys, my heart skips a beat, i barely catch my breadth, and then my eye drops one solemn man tear
Love the fact we see though this the stages of jamie going from being despise to being the hero everyone wants to live.
I went from hating Jamie in s1 to loving him in s7-s8. And its totally opposite for Bran lol.
Omg I no right. I hate bran, making him king was a joke, especially wen they said ‘who has a better story than bran the broken’ . Everyone had a better story than him lol x
Hold the door, and Jamie telling his story in the bath are my two favorite scenes from this show. He’s such a great character.
all these people talking is so funny, it's like hearing peoples thoughts, like an x-men or something
Yoerie holy crap your right
Why is everyone always shocked Marsela knew? The letter Stanis sent out went to every castle and keep, including Dorne.
Cersei's head nod was heard round the world at that moment as was the collective gasp and "Oh shit"s and "No way"s. No one even breathed until they saw him on the horse riding away. Seven seasons later and GOT _still_ is shocking fans.
I am so glad Jaime was in the Throne Room rather than Barristan Selmy.
Jaime and Tyrion best characters of the show
5:54 The best moment...
13:03 Look at the right of the screen...
I approve this video
Tywin causes red wedding
Everyone: booooo
Danny burns men alive
Everyone: yyayyyy
Exactly. Tywin saved lives with the red wedding
lol at the chorus of 'wait aren't they brother and sister?!?!?'
Thanks for including me 😊 Even though it's the old clips of me which I think was really bad back then I really still appreciate it 👌
Hated Jamie in season 1. Want him to be Azor Ahai in season 8.
He is a man of honour
U r right he throw kid from wall ya he is a man of honour
Can you make a compilation of tywin Lannister?
Aarón Aguilar yes pls! The most powerful man in the seven kingdoms!
My fav!
"I'm so confused." best line ever
3:16 I love the people on the bottom rights reaction
Admito sem vergonha nenhuma: JAMIE LANNISTER É SIM UM DOS MEUS PERSONAGENS FAVORITOS DESSA SÉRIE!
A redenção dele é fod4!
Uma pena que os escritores da série jogaram o desenvolvimento dele no lixo, fazendo ele voltar pra Cersei 🤦♂️
Ramsay Bolton reactions compilation please, dude
Like pls
Nothing most beautiful to see the dragons in action...😍😍👌👌❤❤
the best character in the entire series
I love watching these reactions lol
Amazin character! Nikolaj Coster-Waldau TOP!
Was I the only one rooting for the lannisters
Damn I miss Game of Thrones....
yep
19:10 the boy on the left middle looks like Arya😂
Man I wish he was going to play the Witcher
final faceturn happend with ... Jaime, my name is Jaime....
Bless you for this!
Their Death secene is important
The azor ahaiiii!!
Happy Birthday, "A Game of Thrones!" 22yo!
The guy in the top left has his hand in that weird position for a full minute.
Can someone explain why when Cersi nodded yes the mountain didn't kill Jaime?
She turned her head meaning no
R Rockwell he probably didn't think she was being serious? no idea
she probably had a trick with the mountain to intimidate people who try to resist her , but he probably only kill when she give the final signal
All the “aren’t they brother and sister?” Comments in the beginning never makes me not laugh lol
1:59 the people in the top are taking notes??
Where is "Rickon. Dickon." And then Bronn starts laughing
I love Game of thrones sooo much to death, but don’t know why 😂
Can someone explain to me the last one. She gave the order so why didn’t he kill him? Don’t get me wrong I’m glad he didn’t but was it just for Jaime to see her true colours?
it was bluff. And he called her out.
She was trying to exert Dominance and make Jaime stay and submit to her, and he called her bluff and left.
Daenerys, Sansa and Jaime: the bests trajectories of the show!
After the way Jaime's story did end, the 2 close calls in this mashup woulda been better. Hindsight is a powerful thing.
I can see his development throught this reaction
pues cuando Cercei da la orden, yo daba a la pausa en el ordenador, es decir, me tiré varias horas si saber si lo fulminaba, Dioses que intenso
One of the best characters of the show for real.
The only character left that hasnt yet been ruined by the show writers.
You spoke too soon 😐
Disgust. Pleasure. Every emotion.
By why right is the best line
Here everyone died LMAO 18:00
I was waiting a scene with Brienne.
Jaime Lannister killed the Mad King who wanted to kill millions. I don't see how this makes Jaime Lannister hated.... Jaime got over his fear of the direwolf really quick.... Could Dany have won without the dragons? The Kingslayer is no coward.
Jaime, My favorite character on GoT. Also really like Bronn, Varys, Jorah and who could not like Tormand?
Jamie bathtub scene still best scene in the show. @me people
5:53 bottom right if Darren Till's life was a different dimension
Jaime & Theon's Character Development was the best in the series and exact opposite to mad Q
JAIME EL MEJOR
the guy in the bottom half looks like Bronn
See how they hate him in the beginning and in an instant he became everyone's fav character...... Jaime's character development is the best of all the TV shows
The best character!!!
Season 8 is gonna be a goddamn greek tragedy. I have a bad feeling Jaime, Cersei, both Cleganes and Arya Stark will all die at pretty much the same time.
Tbh i think Arya (alongside with Sansa, Tyrion, Bran, Jon Snow, Daenerys, Samuel Tarly) are the only ones that will likely survive
@@Pacifik19 well, you were close! ☺
@@Pacifik19 wasnt that hard ..u picked all the goodies ,,,except dany who wasn't a goodie , but a wolf in sheep's clothing 🤣🤣
epicGusher or something the kid with a red shirt on the right at the beginning is the biggest let down ever haha. He started it and never finished it. I really wonder what happened, he seemed so interrested, what a foooool. He stopped at season 2 episode 5.
April 2019?! Who told you about that? HBO said that it come out by first half of 2019. Means they could come out by Jan or Feb.
Always came out by April.
Season 7 started in July. Didn’t make Comic Con this year, but I expect them back in ‘19....right before season 8 begins. The buzz will be deafening.
They said it would probably be realesed in april the latter, because the serie need to realesed a certain number of episodes before the Emmy Awards in order to be nominated (sorry for my bad english but i think you get what I meant)
I never understood the hate for him killing the Mad King. "If i stabbed him in the belly, would you admire me more ?" seriously, Jaime killed the man who burnt Ned's father alive... What's with all the hate ?
you can make a compilation of ragnar of vikings
Fucking adorable
Can you make a compilation with Theon Greyjoy?
Ah my Boy!
Yea a bunch of people crapping on in the background to echoey dialogue. Great.
How is this only 20 mins
It is weird I lied Daenerys at the beginning but I don’t anymore and I didn’t like Jaime at the beginning but now I do
Bruh how is this on UA-cam two people were visibly boning
buenisimoos videos a que correo te mando mis reacciones proximas
Never watched the show, does the kid die from the fall?
Watch the show and find out.
no ....but he definitely should have
Mi favorito de toda la serie.
Make tywin Lannister reaction 🔥🔥
Watching the late seasons’ battle reactions, I feel like we are so far away from what the show was about. The dragon flying over the battle and roasting people is gorgeous and terrifying and-not at all why I was drawn into this show. It feels like half of it is made for one audience and then with Season 5, it started to lose its character and become a rather broad, predictable high fantasy epic. That’s fine; I love high fantasy. But the show that ended was not the show that began.
