A couple weeks ago, I was in the grocery store, and a lady in her 60's walked up to me, looked at my cart and aaid, "I'm going home with you!" (pasture raised eggs, grass fed chuck roast, butter, lol) I said, "I eat carnivore." She called her husband over (who was in a motorized cart). She explain how that her husband is a double-amputee. The two of them have gone carnivore and are seeing results. They were so excited!❤❤

My checkout guy at the grocery store says that to me too! He says "you're always in here buying REAL food." He's so used to carts full of cheetos and mountain dew.

I came across JP a few years back. I was experiencing some of the terrible symptoms of MS and RA. I was no longer able to function as a normal person. After three days on a full carnivore diet, I began to notice my symptoms lifting. First, the pain, then the strength in my legs, followed by my brain waking up. My creative side returned. I was a musician but had to stop. It literally gave me a new life.

@emilypenton im sitting here bawling my eyes out because i feel like every word you said was directed directly towards me. ...or i felt like i could be the one saying everything you said when you spoke of your symptoms pre carnivore/lion way of life.
When you said "im now planning for the future instead of just trying to survive the day" hit home! In fact im going to frame it so i can see it all the time.
I have sooo much going on under the surface that i hide from my Dr because im so ashamed but i have every single mental symptom you mentioned ....and also severe rheumatoid pain.
Im so happy i came across this video and found you this morning as i sit here alone bawling after the husband went to work and i took my 15 yr old to school. Im now disabled from Delta Airlines after 25 yrs due to this awful rheumatoid pain. Im severely depressed and anxious with crippling panic attacks.
I just ate bacon for breakfast and planning to have burger patties for dinner.
You jumpstarted me and gave me hope. Ive actually done so well on carnivore in the past but fell off because my family is so unsupportive constantly wanting bad things cooked for them. They think its ok to ask me to make 3 separate meals for each setting because one doesnt like what the other wants. I cant do that anymore and they make it so difficult for me.
No more! Today i become "selfish" if thats what they want to call me! Otherwise im going to die soon from NOT being selfish 😞

      * Your energy is near Kerry's normal. (and that's NOT easy to do!)
      * You are so real and believable.
(LOVED how you started tonight...if it didn't happen to you, you wouldn't have believed it...)
      * Your diction is clear and easily understood (I love Dr Baker and Chaffee, but...😊).
      AND....

I loved your show with Kerry, thank you! Another Natural Truther! You were talking about people wanting to tell their story on a channel, but
nervous and shakey voice. Speak your truth ! Even if your voice is shaky! People need your stories
I have a niece who is trying to get a nerve diagnosis. She just had a spinal tap to test for MS. She's been having debilitating migraines ever since. I hope she listens to this story.
But along with that, I share the stories with anyone I know who talks about their dis-ease that a carnivore shares their story of healing that same thing.
Because I don't know.. I didn't have all those things, but there IS HOPE!
The new discussion for people who are NOT heavy, think it won't work for them because weight is not their issue. I would like to see more of those who get off the meds, and maybe even GAIN some weight as their own God given immune system decides their weight.
      Anyway, thank you again!
I am subscribed to the young lady who had earing disorders and has a channel, but I never see any content so I can't remember who she is to share her story.

OMG just finished watching this stream, and the new knowledge that carnivore can reverse MS has had me in tears big time, i worked in a nursing home for about a year when i was 25, there were 3 patients there who had MS, one was married with kids, another lady was middle aged, but the last was a 28 year old spanish woman who was totally bed ridden, i used to go up and read to her and show her photos after work for hours, my boss originally asked me to do so due to her reaction when i was around, her eyes would follow me round the room with the biggest beaming smile every time i entered the room, her father and family always asked if i could be present when they visited, just so they could see her smile since it was the only time she did was when i was in the room, she was 29 when she passed away. i'm in my 50s and have been asthmatic since i was 5, i've been carnivore for just over a week now, my depression and anxiety is 100% gone the begginings of arthritis seems to be gone too or at least no symptoms. Although i'm not completely confident it's gone alltogether yet i suspect my Asthma may also be gone, at least i'm not reaching for my inhaler when i wake up every morning or being woken up by it so far, one of the products that my mother uses no longer triggers tightening in my chest, this is a good sign. thank you so much, i have a friend who has bi polar and am relaying the info to her.

I've had severe ulcerative colitis for 9 years now. It has almost killed me twice. having to spend 2 years house bound in bed. Up until 4 1/2 months ago my only option was surgery for the lack of being able to go anywhere. The first month on carnivore was rough but Ive continued and I've gone from having anxiety of having an accident just to walk the trash outside to taking trips and enjoying my first summer in almost a decade. Hopefully my story and many others will convince that person dealing with illness to try carnivore.

I first learned about the Carnivore diet from various UA-cam doctors, and despite initial confusion, I approached it with an open mind. What intrigued me the most were the countless testimonials from people worldwide who claimed that their health issues had reversed, and they felt rejuvenated. Considering my own struggles with weight, back problems, and heartburn, coupled with excessive alcohol consumption, I decided to give it a shot. Nearly a week into this dietary shift, I'm experiencing a remarkable transformation. The desire to drink has vanished, and cravings for carbs are rare; a sip of water or an egg usually suffices. Here are some notable changes I've observed:
    1. Mental Clarity: A fog has lifted, and my mind feels exceptionally clear.
    2. Satiety: I feel full throughout the day with reduced frequency in bowel movements.
    3. Reduced Heartburn: Significantly diminished instances of heartburn.
    4. Increased Water Intake: Naturally consuming around 1.25 gallons of water daily.
    5. Intense Urge to Exercise: Experiencing a renewed enthusiasm for working out, reminiscent of 20 years ago.
    6. Energy Flow: During treadmill sessions, I sense a vibrant energy coursing through my back, ready to burst in a positive way.
    7. Heightened Senses: While driving, my senses seem more active, from improved smell to heightened awareness of the wind on my skin.
    8. Consistent Energy Levels: Sustained energy throughout the day, akin to a slow-burning candle, providing steady vitality for hours.
Discovering the Carnivore diet felt like stumbling upon fire. My diet mainly consists of beef, butter, and eggs, and the positive changes I'm experiencing have fueled my commitment to this unconventional but transformative approach to eating.

I had a bout of depression and anxiety for the first time in my life in December of 2015 after the death of a close friend. It was amazing to experience and it changed my life. I was watching a ted talk by Andrew Solomon about depression called “the secret we all share”. His analogy about how depression feels is the best I’ve heard. When you’re depressed you have a lack of vitality, you aren’t sad, you’re numb. The way you perceive the world leads you to believe that a veil of happiness has been lifted from your eyes and the cold world you’re now living in is the truth. But this is a lie. the veil of depression has covered your eyes when you think it’s actually been taken away. But “THE TRUTH LIES”. My experience of depression was feeling like I lived in the upside down world like in the show stranger things. Just disconnected from the world and alone. Luckily I’ve moved passed the anxiety and depression after a few weeks of some serious research and philosophical introspection but my life has never been the same and I’m grateful it happened. I now know what it means to be depressed. Another line from his ted talk that I still remember is “how strange is it that we use the word depression to describe how a child feels when they drop their ice cream cone and the feeling someone has right before they kill themselves”

I am glad you mentioned frozen fat chunks - I have been doing this for years. I first lay out the fat on a cookie sheet (a good alternative use) and freeze first, then loosen with a spatula and put in a glass container and back into the freezer. I usually salt the chunks before I eat them.

Thanks for that 'recipe'. I just picked up my first batch of fat trimmings yesterday! The butcher said "grass fed, right?" I just cut it in small pieces and put in jar to freeze, but I bet they might freeze stuck together, so I bet this works better. I hope the freezing helps make the fat more palatable :)

I have three children under 10 and I am miserable. I’m not lazy but sick. I don’t think people believe I am mentally ill even after a 3 day stay in psych unit.

I said exactly the same thing "if it didn't happen to me, I wouldn't have believed it." I was diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis at age 40. Doctor wanted to put me on methotrexate but I tried fasting instead. Two weeks later my symptoms and pain were gone. Never came back and that was 20 years ago.

Depression everyday was like sliding down razor blades, the over whelming feeling of worthlessness is so strong that it dictates everything.. it was horrible ...many times I thought if I climb on the roof and jump off head first and kill myself was the only way out, that was 2009, but now 2023 , I feel so much better I take meds to control it but its the lightest type, I'm definitely going to try the carnivore diet a serious go! ty for this video!

I started carnivore 11+ months ago. So many things healed! IBS (had for years)gone on 2 weeks. Itchy flaky eczema ear problem (over 6 yrs) also gone in less than a month Arthritis hands elbows and shoulder totally pain free and strong in a few months. Left hip pain gone. Gingivitis gums healed and receding gums grew back! Ovarian cyst Gone! And I don’t need reading glasses anymore! Had to share!! Plus .. Honeygirl no longer has skin problems After 8 yrs. She is spunkier and her coat is amazing. She eats the fresh meat with me! I was surprised at her healing all around. Alert. Full shiny coat. Happy. Friskie 10 yr old pup ❣️. And she’s been in freeze dried beef diet for 5 years!! This healed her!!! Also Im loosing all excess fat. Body is becoming stronger. Hair and nails are great. I was afraid to think that my spinal nerve pain and fused areas might get much better. But this week I have had several days with No Pain!! I feel 20 yrs younger. The healing seems to be from the things one doesn't eat. The meat protein is healing and rebuilding blocks. The fat is energy for cells etc

I agree, animal fat is key and cannot be replaced by plant or supplements. My family convinced an elderly family member to go plant-based. She never had problems with eggs or meat and when I said she should be eating eggs and beef at least, because you can make beef very soft and different ways, but they said she eats avocados and walnuts! So sad. I guess because she's thin , they think that's good but everytime I have spoken with her she complains about GI issues but nobody connects it to the plant food. And they're from the era that fat is bad and fiber is good and all she experiences, is part of the normal aging process .So sad. 😒

Nice podcast, interesting as Carnivore is similar to the 1st stage of the Gaps diet used to heal autism spectrum (spectrum includes ADHD, anxiety, depression, BIPOLAR, dyslexia, anorexia). GAPS stands for Gut and Psychology Syndrome. It was also designed for autoimmune conditions. Stage 1 is meat and broth. It would be great to somehow also focus on teens and young adults, so many suffering from ADHD (aderral), anxiety, depression.

How do you ground in Texas is a legitimate question! The ground is hostile! Biting ants, scorpions, prickly plants, or just the dang heat can all be an issue.
    Here's my suggestions:
    1) You're grounded whenever you touch a tap or a faucet, so maybe keep one hand on the tap when you brush your teeth.
    2) You're grounded on a concrete slab, so maybe hang out barefoot in your garage or basement, or on a patio. Particularly if you wet the floor with a splash of water.
    3) You're grounded in a swimming pool (unless it's like an inflatable kiddie pool), so hang out at the pool as much as you can.
    4) Obviously you're grounded if you're barefoot at the beach (same for rivers, lakes, ponds, watering holes, etc.), and especially if you're in the water.
    5) You can also simply buy some copper wire: strip and bury about three feet of it at one end, run the rest in through a window, strip a few feet at the other end. Now you can attach it to a grounding mat, or just wrap the bare end loosely around your ankle while you sit at your desk or watch TV.
    6) Of course, you can buy grounding mats or grounding sheets which plug into the grounding hole in an ordinary outlet.
    7) I'm sure there's plenty of other ways I haven't mentioned. You can literally hug a tree, too.
If you buy the original grounding book, you'll understand the principles behind it, and you'll be able to devise ways of your own.
You're also grounded if you're touching an animal that is standing barefoot on the ground, like a dog or a horse. You have to be touching with your skin, though. Sitting on a saddle won't do the trick, unless the saddle is soaking wet.
Oh, also, you can buy special grounding shoes. Also, shoes which have soles made purely out of leather are also naturally grounded. You can also put metal brads or studs through the soles of regular shoes. There are some videos on UA-cam that show how to do it.
Ideally, a human should be grounded 100% of the time, like other animals are. But even a half hour a day is much better than nothing.

When my hair started falling out when I first started, I realized that I was limiting fat. Once I added in much more fat to my carnivore diet, my hair came back to what it was.

For myself I knew carbs made me sick. I just thought I would starve and get too skinny if I didn't eat carbs. That's not the case now. I do weigh 40 pounds less but I'm not going to lose any weight. 5 ft 11 and 175 pounds is where my body wants to be.

No one talks about brain fog, memory issues, focus. Bipolar is really debilitating. I am on day 4 of carnivore. Trying to keep hope. Seems impossible but i have to keep the little hope i have left in something.

My sufferings are extremely mild compared to what these two have been through in their lives (had my bouts of depression and confusion but worked through with pretty run-of-the-mill self-medication periods before managing to help myself), but it's quite inspiring to hear these stories.

I might be the first, but my hubby has MS and he has taken Rebif for years to treat the diease. Once he started on it he was much better and very rarely would he have any symptoms. He is 63 now and off the med cos after 60 it doesnt show to help. Not sure what the future will hold, I have been doing carnivore for 2 months now but cant seem to get him on board.
