Tears were rolling down my eyes throughout the video just to see how much hard work as gone into this festival and the majestic thiagesar sitting on the beautiful ther. How the entire town has come together to run this ther festival - no caste no creed. Just mankind coming together as a team work. Our ancestors have given us an excellent opportunity to bring everyone working together in harmony. What an experience! I can't thank enough for the entire team putting this video together for somone like me sitting in the USA to watching this beautiful ther festival. Thank you thank you thank you. Thanks a million !

6:32 Before hydraulic brake , there were many accidents and loss of lives.So chariot was not in use for many years. In 1970 CM of TN Karunanidhi came up with a plan of fitting hydraulic brakes to the chariot by signing an MOU with BHEL. Note : Thiruvarur was hometown of Karunanidhi
