1 kg of yuca (also known as cassava)
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro or parsley
Turkey bacon, diced
Wheat flour or cornstarch
Mozzarella cheese, cubed
Eggs for coating
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
📝 Instructions:
Peel and cut the yuca into manageable pieces.
Boil with a pinch of salt until soft.
Mash the yuca and season with salt and cilantro.
Add crispy bacon and flour, then mix.
