Before the rain was done, people were ready with cleaning supplies and ready to get to it...They had to tell everyone to wait a minute to organize the supplies and local help...It was amazing how quickly you can get things done when you just roll up your sleeves and pitch together. Forget the gov and big foundations! I loved seeing the convoys of electricians I saw heading across the country during power outages on the east coast. WE THE PEOPLE are the answer!
