Uncertain how it is even possible, given I’ve been doing this stuff since 2010, yet it is true when I tell you, generous genius Signiforce, I learned better ways to address visual display of data in reports from you via this video. What I love even more than efficient mastery of salesforce reporting, is when a person is SOOOOOOO smart they can explain a complicated topic to -me- anyone in a way that is both compelling and easily understood. [Think Richard Feynman.] Like, subscribe, notify. Thank you!
Hi Tran, glad you found the video helpful. Yes, you can do multiple groupings. In the group rows, you can add the initial grouping for Fiscal Year, and then add another Grouping by Close Month. I would recommend adding both to the Group Rows section. Hope this helps! Please consider subscribing! -Farah
Hi Alejandra, In a non-grouped (tabular) report, you can click on any of the column headings to sort the by that column. In summary reports (grouped only by row), you can click the down arrow next to the column heading for the grouped row and sort accordingly and if you have the details showing you can further sort within each grouping by clicking on any of the column headings to sort. Finally, in a matrix report, you can sort the row grouping and column grouping by clicking the down arrow next to the column heading and sort accordingly. I hope this helps! -Farah
Hi Saiteja, thank you for the comment. I don't think I am understanding your question. Can you give me some more information on what you are trying to do and what you are seeing so I can help you? - Farah
