Notion VS Nimbus Note | Alternative to Evernote, Notion etc. ? | 2021 Comparison (by a Med Student)

- Hey guys, in this video I compare Notion to Nimbus Note. As you know from my other videos, especially from my onenote videos, the same principle refers to nimbus versus notion as well: which is that notion is more of a construct that enables you to create your own system, whereas nimbus has more or less systems already built in for you, although I need to say that you can be a little more creative with nimbus features than in other productivity apps, like onenote e.g., where the main creative freedom lies in drawing with a pen, but it has not nearly as much creative features as in notion, so keep that in my mind when choosing the right app, which means if you're more of a creative self developing type of person then I would advice you to stick with notion but if you’re unsure about that and you want to know more about the other apps as well then I would recommend to continue this video.

They definitely are beating notion with offline capability but I still love notion

What do you think, is Nimbus Note a good alternative to Notion or Evernote?🤔
Hm, I was very excited about the Nimbus. But then after some using, the small issues started to pile app.
First, the "duplicate note" is so far only in web version, not in any offline app. Why?
Then as I use mac, windows and Ipad pro, I´ve tried the ios app on Ipad pro. What a downgrade from computer version. Slow, crashing and not full featured. And web version is not accesible from mobile device. I understand why is blocked on phones, but on desktop grade browser on 12.9 inch Ipad?
And also the apps on computers really coud be faster - syncing and etc. (not to mention IOS)
Otherwise fine app, but I need to use ios version quite often, so not very happy with that. But to be fair, also Notion on mobile device is not top notch.

It is definitely a better alternative to Evernote.
Database for example is something central to Notion but the creator of Nimbus himself has already said that it is not in the future of the application. He said that one of the updates will be to embed Notion databases into Nimbus.
What I find much more interesting.
My problem with Notion is that it is basically a duck.
He flies, swims, walks, but does not do any of this very well.
Nimbus is focused in note taking, Notion don't.

Nimbus is much better than notion and overnote all together. Try it!
